We got to the hotel about 9:45 and the desk manager took about 20 minutes to come out from the back. We rang the bell several times, and called the hotel several times before she came out and got us our room keys. The lady at the desk the next morning was friendly and pleasant. The room was reasonably clean. There was a large hole in the decorative bedspread.

They say I didn't even check in so they can keep my money for the reservation even though the place was disgusting and they're refused to help us in any way.

Do NOT stay here. The property is filthy and unsafe. The carpets, the chairs and the lobby are filthy dirty. When we went up to our room, it smelled of cat pee. There was cat urine dripping down the wall. I told the front desk person and she seemed unfazed. I pointed out the cat urine dripping down the wall of a door that was hanging off a hinge. She went back to the room with me and agreed it was not good. She offered another room, but also shared that the air conditioners were leaky and since the carpets were dirty, the rooms they had smelled. We could not put our health at risk to stay even one night in this hotel. The people in the parking lot made us feel uncomfortable. When you look up prior reviews, there are claims of bed bugs, dirty linens, foul odors. We were told by Expedia that the penalty would be one night, but as of this review, the hotel has not refunded any of our money. Do NOT reserve a room at this hotel. This property should be shut down.

The blanket had a huge rip in it, the curtains were ripped up. There was a chicken bone by the trash can in the bathroom. This hotel is very rundown and I seen roaches on a free doors as I walked out.

The hotel chain and building owners should be ashamed. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. No security doors. Ripped chairs in the rooms. Hair in the sink and tub. Worn carpet throughput the hotel. Garbage in the hallways. Awful building maintenance (or lack there of). This place needs to be torn down or sold to a company who takes pride in their properties. Do not stay here. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

Upon arrival she and her daughter/puppy were waiting on someone was extremely slow…stopped and ask what I needed. They chatted with one another with the puppy which I find unprofessional. Waking into the building the carpet was disgusting with filth… if I hadn’t booked on line and it was paid for we would have walked out !!!

Terrible experience
The entire hotel was filthy with the except of the front lobby. The carpets were smelly, sticky and threadbare. I was told to use the staircase so I assume that there was either no elevator, or it was nonfunctioning. The stairs smelled like a wet dirty dog. The rooms were disgusting as well. Everything was grimey and smelled. Floors were sticky. There were bits of stuff on the floor in the room and the bathroom. The outlet was sticking out of the wall. I pulled back the sheets and there was glitter gel or glue encrusted on the sheet. Went downstairs and showed the front desk clerk the picture I took of the sheets and she said, “oh no, they put the wrong sheets on the bed”. I don’t think that was the case. I am certain that the sheets were not changed from the prior guest. She changed them herself quickly since it was late at night when we checked in and housekeeping wasn’t available. All of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I was skeptical of the breakfast due to the condition of the hotel itself, however, that area was very clean and we had coffee, yogurt, and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. The pool water was dark green in color and completely filthy. It may not have even been open for use. We didn’t go near it. Overall, it was an awful experience.

This property smelled horrible, was falling apart, very dirty, everything was damaged, very scary and unsafe, I checked out after one night and asked for a refund. I never heard back from them. It was terrible!!!

Hotel was dreadfully run down and filthy. Claimed to be smoke free but the bed cover had burns in it. The hallway smelled like some weird combination of urine and popcorn. Got checked in and only stayed about 15-20 minutes before asking for a refund and going another 40 miles to find another hotel.

Immediately after checking in, I called the front desk and informed the staff that I had roaches in the bed and in the bathroom in my room. The person at the front desk stated that he would send someone down to spray or put us in another room. He did neither. No one ever showed up and the front desk never called me back about putting me in another room. After waiting for rhe staff to update me about the situation, I took my family and lefted because my family and I could not stay in that room. As I was leaving, one of the workers asked me why I was leaving. I told him about the roaches and he stated that he had heard about that but he never came to do anything about it. The hotel staff did not care about me or my family as a customer they were only interested in our money. I feel like they should have reimbursed me the money that I paid to stay there and for the trouble they caused me and my family of having to find another hotel to stay at the last minute and so late at night. My family and I had driven four hours and we were very tired. To date no one from this hotel has written or called to offer my family an apology or offered to refund my money. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!

I didn't enjoy my stay there for several reasons. They have bed bugs and roaches and denied it. When confronted about it the clerk raised her voice and was very rude and unprofessional. Drug deals were happening through the day and night. People staying in the hotel was doing different kinds of drugs through the day and night. People that you can tell is on drugs knocking on my door and wouldn't leave me alone. The rooms were very dirty and smelled like mold. I have not ever had that bad of experience in my whole life. I will not ever stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone again. I will never stay at a Quality Inn and Suites again.
