The door did not open or shut with out pulling or pushing shut. It was dusty. Example the tissue box had a very nice coating of dust in it. The mirror outer edge which was black coating of dust. Bathroom was dirty when i arrived. The windows and front glass door to the lobby was dorty all four days i was there. Only had snow the the morning i checked out. So they could of at least cleaned them once. The 1st full day i was there. I cam back after 6 pm. The room was not cleaned. Not really am issue. Until 7:30 pm that night when they came to clean the room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was not the best.

We had room number 106 and every morning from 345-11am it was extremely loud because the kitchen was on the other wall. Banging on wall and clinging dishes and pans and music. I had to get up one morning and bust into the kitchen where the music was blaring and the girl was dancing and banging dishes around to the cowboy cha cha… I told her WTH we are trying to sleep over here. It was a tiresome weekend to say the least.

This hotel was a bit older, but the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast room was so tiny and crowded and the food was always gone, so we didn’t bother with the breakfast after the first day.

The upstairs hallways needed to be scrubbed there was filthy spills everywhere and all the trash cans were full in the common areas, hallways and sidewalks need pressure wash, our room 238 was non smoking but smelled terrible of smoke

This is the best place in Cedar City for the price. Great cleanliness, proximity to restaurants and shopping, close to ski resort. Clean and enjoyable experience. Indoor hot tub and pool were awesome! Stay here!

The breakfast selections were cold and the waffle makers did not work. The door to our room stuck half the time so we had to man hndle it to get in. The outside entrance was undesirable. The room was clean and the pool was nice

Hotel or Motel?
The fitted sheets on both beds looked as if they were but on by a youngster. The ironing board with a holder for the iron was in the closet which took up half of the the space for hanging clothes. No elevator. all the doors are outside doors, which would indicate a motel and not a hotel. Peeling paint around the tub/shower where it meets the wall. The room space is a little tight. The check-in was great, and the breakfast was good, but the food area part is pretty tight. The dining are has plenty of space. All in all carrying the luggage up and down the stairs, and outside doors, was not a familiar experience one has when staying in a hotel. Call it what it is, a motel, and then I can make an educated decision to book there or not.
