Your car is not safe

Posted 16-Mar-2015
My car was hit in the parking lot, I intentionally parked where there was a camera to make sure my car was safe. I talked with hotel management and was told "our camera's our down sorry" and was left with figuring out what to do. DO NOT STAY HERE YOUR CAR IS NOT PROTECTED FROM ANYTHING I WASN'T EVEN PARKED BY ANYONE AND GOT HIT WITH $300 DAMAGE

The hotel is run down and our bathtub was clogged! The pool is so chlorinated you can't swim in it. Our room stunk like old feet.

Quick overnight trip.

Pros: Hotel is right off the highway, but far enough to not hear the noise. Good rates, good shower.
Cons: Some updating on the bedding would be a nice improvement.
Location: Cedar City is cute, the University campus is pretty. Sonny Boy's BBQ, Wingers and Hereme's Burgers are the dining highlights.
This appears to be one of the newer hotels in Cedar and just visually from the outside I was very glad we had chosen it over some of the older establishments. The room was adequate. Shower was roomy even though it looked small. Good water pressure. It had a little fridge and microwave which was great. I would stay here again.

Days Inn_Cedar CityI

Pros: nothing. The lot was in very poor condition due to non snow removal. Other properties near by had been cleaned.
Cons: I feel that before business will improve, their needs to be a new manager in place, someone with some people skills and a desire to serve.
On Jan.02,2015 I I arrived at the said property to check into a room that had been booked through Expedia. Upon arrival I was told that I had to produce a credit card or a $100.00 deposit as the room wasn't paid for yet I refused as previous nights stay hadn't operated that way. The manager who wouldn't give me his name, said that was their policy and if I didn't like it, I could leave.Under protest, I then offered him my card and tried to get him to promise me he wouldn't use it. At that time he asked me to leave. I left promising never to return

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with sausage links and a waffle maker.

Good location and price, skip the breakfast.

Pros: Location
Cons: Continental breakfast.
Location: Drove quickly to Brian Head, great for skiers or snowboarders.
Hotel was in a good location, room was clean. The hotel staff was apathetic, and not very helpful. Lobby smelled terrible, and the breakfast was lacking. Only ate cereal, eggs and sausage looked terrible.

Stayed at a Days Inn in Brigham City was very pleasant, so took a chance with the Cedar City location. We are going to be loyal customers of Days Inn for there are no 'surprises', rooms are clean, priced right and added breakfast is good also saves time when communitng. Thanks Cedar City and Brigham City Days Inn for great experience

We had a great stay and appreciated the man who helped us at the front desk. We'll stay there again when we come to Cedar City.
