Cons: Please get rid of the old school bedspreads.
Location: At the edge of the small, quaint town of Cedar City. Much to do. Go hiking, biking or camping in the beautiful mountains. Shakespearean Festival!
We stayed three nights at this hotel. Check in was quick with no fuss. Continental breakfast was good: fruit, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. Better than an overpriced meal at other hotels. My granddaughters ( 4 and 5) loved the indoor swimming pool.

What I needed

Posted 14-Jul-2014
Pros: The men working the front desk were very polite and accommodating.
Location: 5min drive from the Utah Shakespeare Festival as well as grocery stores and restaurants.
I needed a cheap hotel to stay the night. I was in Cedar City for about 12hours. This hotel was satisfactory for what I required.

Best for price in town

Posted 12-Jul-2014
I have stayed in many places in this town and keep coming back to this one. Based on what is available in the city for the price and what you get. The beds are good, rooms clean, pet friendly with a breakfast.

Pros: It is a good location, good breakfast and comfortable beds.
Cons: Clean the bathroom with more attention to detail. Spread out where everyone is staying, don't put all together because parking wasn't good at night.
Location: We were close to the Shakespeare festival, close by the freeway exit/entrance. Resturants, Walmart and gas stations are very close by.
The price is fair for the service and room. The breakfast is good and had a good variety. The beds were comfortable and the roms smelled fresh and clean. We had clean sheets & towles everyday, that was nice coming back to our rooms and have it be clean. But on the first day the bathrooms were not as clean. I found hairs on the floor, in the tub and wall that were not mine. Even with that I would go back.

Decent for the price.

Pros: Generous with the pillows. Nice T.V., refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: The mildew smell from the shower curtain effected the smell of the room. Hate rooms that smell even if they are clean.
Location: Location was great. Close to freeway, movie theaters and restaurants. Not far from Cedar Breaks entrance and Shakespearen festival.
We were there only to sleep. Didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. Mostly clean but didn't clean under the coffee accessories that are kept on the bathroom counter so there was hair and dust. The room had a slight mildew smell because of the shower curtain. It wasn't dirty but smelled. This should be disinfected each time and fully extended to dry. Floor tiles in bathroom were loose. Wish hotels would have two layers of curtains for the windows. One for blackout and one to allow light in but have a little bit of privacy from other guest walking by.

Rough stay

Posted 08-Jul-2014
The hotel is run down and meets the guests minimal needs. The rooms are small, have an unpleasant scent and the bedding is uncomfortable and itchy. The towels smell awful and the continental breakfast was of poor quality with a very small dining area. Staffs friendliness was hit and miss.

Great option for resting your hiking body

Posted 08-Jul-2014
Clean, simple, cozy room. I didn't like the pillows, felt one was too low, and two was too high for me. Bathroom was a little tight. Way too much chlorine in pool. Nice breakfast, with healthy options but should have more frequent attention, stuff ran out quickly. Hotel staff is very nice!

Not so nice

Posted 29-Jun-2014
When we booked our room they charged us for a roll away bed but they didn't have any. The light switches were shorting out and the power outlet covers were broken off. Not really safe for kids.
