Thankyou for your comment. Linen is changed when asked. The triple rate is for the triple room ( one queen bed and one single bed). Some guests like two beds. The TV reception is often not good, due to the remoteness. The veranda is usually cleaned regularly, but at some times in the busy season, it may attract more dust than what would be considered normal.

yes we are aware of the Karaoke and we have little control of it. Some local people, just do not respect peace and quietness.

Just a 10 minute walk to the east along the beach takes a visitor to a lovely tidal lagoon. At the time you stayed, WIFI was exceptionally poor, and still is when there is no electricity, and stormy weather. It is fair in the restaurant. A 6 am building start was certainly inappropriate, and at the time the person responsible was spoken to. Unfortunately this area of Santa Fe some local people just do not consider others who may like more peace.

Yep, the typhoon was very intense, but we were glad there were no loss of life at this time in this area. Fortunately we were able to keep the communication channels open to the rest of the world, via a connection to Australia, where messages were forwarded as needed. The Sunday Flower then set up an emergency shelter, food and equipment supplies which were bought in from Australia a few days after the typhoon..

Karaake is really noise which the Philippine culture enjoys

Yes we are aware of the obnoxious karaoke. Bantayan island does have karaoke at many centers. It is not the policy of the Sunday Flower Resort to promote it, as we are mindful of the quiet times which visitors do need. Thank you for your comment.

Since your comment, which has been taken on board, many changes have occurred for the best, and every comment has been addressed, dealt with and rectified. Our only issue which is continually an on going issue is the strength of the WIFI, the irregularity of cell phone reception, coupled with irregularity of the TV reception. These are really outside our control. This area of the Philippines is scheduled for an improvement in these services in due course. Thanks for your comments.

thank you for you comments.. As for improving WiFi it will be a long term project as internet has been neglected in the Philippines since introduced, and it suffers from extremely slow and an expensive service, with very frequent drop outs..
