My second time to Cebu, I wanted to stay somewhere unconventional, artsy, but modern and very comfortable at the same time. The Henry lived up to the hype. Great service, fantastic rooms, great food and a central location.
I just spent 2 weeks at the Holiday Spa Hotel from Dec 1st - Dec 13th 2014. I had a great time there. A lot of people mentioned not having hot water but there is an electric water heater on the wall in the shower so I always had hot water. The water pressure was a little low but nothing to complain about. I've spent a lot of time deployed to the Middle East so I'll take hot water with low pressure over pressure and cold water any day. I absolutely loved the hotel staff and they made me not want to leave. The front desk girls, the café workers, and the security were all amazing. Very professional and very accommodating. I do have to be honest and say that this hotel takes on students from a local school to complete their OJT. Not a big deal, however one morning after visiting the gym I went back to my room and found 3 housekeeping OJT students in my room. One was making the bed while the other two were going through my personal luggage. I was very surprised and upset. I spoke with the front desk and the girls denied it but apologized at the same time. I stood in the doorway and watched them for about 7 seconds so to deny it just upset me even more. I won't blame the hotel for this one incident as they were students and not employees. Overall, my experience was great and it's mostly because of the people. The spa was amazing.
Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. It is very near to the IT park where we can find fast food and massage spa.
The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Sleep very well during my stay.
The lifts are quiet and fast.
You'll get either Seaview which enjoy sunrise or Greenery view which is facing the mountain.
Overall experience at this hotel is excellent!
Will check in to this hotel again.
