Check-in desk staff that served us was not friendly, almost discourteous and not keen to give us 3 twin rooms as what was requested when booking in months before. Overall hotel staff ready to help. So it made up for the unpleasant experience of the first impressions. Will recommend the hotel. Great locations as near train station and amenities.
Decided to try out a this hotel than the usual, was not disappointed, the room is basically a small studio apartment, complete with kitchenette.
Hotel staff was extremely nice and pleasant, very helpful in all ways.

We will stay at this hotel again when next in Hong Kong. The staff are excellent, from a warm welcome by Wesley on reception and the staff in the concierge everybody was excellent. Its in a great location, very convenient for Tin Hau MTR and lots of cafes and supermarkets immediately adjacent. Also close to Victoria Park which is well worth a visit. The rooms are quite small, but clean, we chose a Harbour facing room and was glad we did, the view is amazing. The rooftop pool and gym are brilliant and the complimentary drink on arrival was welcomed and used in the bar which has a live band. All in all I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
This was my first time at Somerset and I was more than happy about everything here.
the location is right in the heart of Tin Hau's restaurant area for any type of foods.
It is also just a short distance to the MTR and even shorter to the tram stop, another winner is that the airport express bus stop is just at the end of the street.
The room although smallish was still the perfect size for what we wanted with plenty of storage and a nice sized bathroom and shower.
This is a new looking hotel and is immaculate from start to finish.

Also referred to as East Point, Causeway Bay is a shoppers’ delight. This high-density district is home to a large number of trendy stores, shopping malls, the 13-story Sogo Department Store, and Times Square indoor shopping complex. Here, both local and imported fashion labels hang side by side. Many stores are open until the wee hours.
