"The staff were extremely accommodating - we arrived late (2am) and they still had no issue with checking us in! They were so helpful with informing us about the area and things to do.
Alex was brilliant, and catered to all our needs. He really made us feel so comfortable here.
We booked the Ha Giang loop through Jimmi who was so so helpful, and made the process so seamless.
Also, a big thanks to the other staff who ensured we never had to open the door ourselves once!
Breakfast is amazing, with so many options to choose from.

"Hotel was in an excellent location near the lake. Staff were very nice and helpful. We were upgraded for free and our bed was very comfy. Room had a big tv and excellent wifi. The room was very quiet at night. We were just in Hanoi for a night before journeying on to Halong Bay and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for. They stored our luggage for us after check out as we were waiting for an evening bus. Highly recommend!"
