“Needs a face lift - badly!”

The positive about this hotel is that the staff was friendly and it is near a freeway entrance. The rest was not anywhere near the same experience. The rooms are falling apart. There are badly covered up holes, something that looked like a former door, strange lumps, all plastered with a poor wallpapering job. Maintenance appears to be non existent. The carpets were filthy and sticky. We spent the whole time we were there itching and scratching although I can not prove where this came from. There was a distinct odor of smoking lingering in the hallways although the rooms seemed to be all non smoking where we were. The laundry room was a fright and the free internet linkup in the breakfast room never seemed to connect. The price seemed reasonable until one stays there and then it is way too much.

“Not even the price makes up for this hotel.”

This hotel is in dire need of updating. Do not be fooled by the lobby area of this hotel which apparently is the only thing recently updated and maintained.

“Huge Disappointment”

The hotel was not in a good neighborhood. The halls smelled like smoke even in the non-smoking section. The room was not updated. Overall very disappointing.

“Only good if you're interested in a cheap room”

There were several bugs throughout the room, the furniture was in disrepair, and the room as a whole was not well-kept.

“Never Go There”

This is the first Comfort Inn that I would never go back to. The carpet in the hallway was soiled and smelled. The carpet in the rooms was soiled and spotted and the same with the walls. The walls also had some holes. The sink was so close to the door that it was almost impossible to even brush my teeth. The staff was friendly and courteous
