“Not impressed”

The room was lovely but the air conditioning was not working in our room, and despite our requests it was not resolved. We spent a very warm night in that hotel.

“Room completely different to pictures”

I booked two nights last minute here and I believe if your room is on special offer you dont get any of the rooms pictured on the expedia website... completely different, old fashioned, but clean just the same. One member of staff at the reception was very nice on arrival but her replacement on the night shift was moody and made no attempt to remedy my broken satelite tv box. I was on my own so really wanted to watch a movie. Also this hotel is only for those who are willing to take a cab to go anywhere due to its' location. OH, and the swimming pool does not get sun until midday, not ideal..
