“We went back”

Very quiet rooms, great beds/sheets, clean, perfect location for walking around the city, in historic center, nice breakfast, no glitches with registration or room readiness/availability. Generally not a very warm or attentive front desk staff, but it varied depending upon the person. Good enough for us to book a return stay and be pleasantly surprised when the reception person remembered us. We plan a third stay in the coming year.

“Nice hotel in good location”

An excellent location, and very helpful staff. The beds are very hard, and breakfast a little limited, but these did not prevent a pleasant stay. When the cloud parts, the views from the roof terrace are excellent.

It was efficient and friendly, and the bar and restaurant were particularly good.

“Wonderful design with lackluster service”

Its very pretty to look at not so wonderful to stay in. No room service except breakfast.

“Great location, tight room”

Very new, ultra modern style. Sevice is good, not quite very good. The room was spotless, nice big bathroom, but the rest of it was basically the bed -- very very little room left around the bed. We stayed in a double, but only one of us could move around the room at a time. Also, it's not cheap. The best thing about this hotel is the location, which is central.
