“Good budget choice in limited market”

Hotel is located very near to the main shopping street in a busy and safe area, unlike many other budget choices in Catania which are nearer the railway station, a 20 minute walk. Access to reception is by a flight of stairs in a secure building, and there are more stairs for certain rooms. Rooms facing away from the street are quiet and spacious with some historical touches. Bathroom is as expected for this class and the bed is large and firm, just to my liking. Some staff have little English, others have excellent English. Breakfast is limited for this class and should be improved in terms of both quantity, quality, and range. Nevertheless this is probably your best choice in this class and area.
