“Great hotel, great location”

We have just had a wonderful week at this hotel - location was great, staff were very kind and always willing to help, hotel exceptionally clean. I went with my 2 daughters and throughout our stay, we felt very safe. There was a good mixture of guests at the hotel including Italian, French and English families as well as business people. The swimming pool was lovely as was the private beach - a real plus - with a hotel lifeguard at each venue. The hotel is about 10 mins drive out of town, situated in front of a number of public lidos (beaches), however there is the free hotel shuttle bus to get into Catania and the public buses are very frequent (last bus from town at 12.40am - use line D buses) and take you to Piazza Borsellino. Buy bus tickets from the cafe next to McDonalds by the bus station. We could not have chosen a better hotel for its location and the quality of the stay.

“Hotel on beach in Sicily”

nice pool, nice restaraunt, easy walk to the beach, interesting beach culture, nice view Mt Etna - good rates

“Convenient business hotel, good start/end point for holiday.”

Smart hotel, tacky location. Short taxi from airport, with beach and pool to relax on last day before early flight. We took taxi into Catania for sightseeing,caught bus back. No local restaurants so have to eat at hotel - food over sophisticated for this location. Lobby bar was not open -neither we nor the many businessmen simply didn't bother to locate pool bar after dark. Service and helpfulness excellent. Shuttle available at 6a.m to airport.

“Good if you need a hotle near airport”

This was a business hotel, beach across the busy road, but not that attractive. Met my criteria for proximity to airport Euro25 in a taxi, comfortable and food OK. Best just for stopovers for the leisure traveller

“Nice hotel, location not ideal”

Nice hotel but beach and swimming pool only open 10-19 whch is very inconvenient. GOod food in restaurant. Dont get taxi from the airport (which is very near) - I was seriously ripped off.
