“Amazing staff!”

The people here made you feel at home. I have found that customer service is Europe is not to the same standards we expect in the states, but the service at the Liberty Hotel was impeccable. There was nothing they wouldn’t help you with. The food is good and the wine is great. For being such a small hotel (only 18 rooms I think) their attention to detail really shows. If I ever make it back to Catania, I will definitely be staying at the Liberty again.

“Hospitality rules at Liberty Hotel in Catania”

This is a typically old fashioned Italian hotel. What distinguished it from others was the hospitality with which we were greeted by Francesco, our host. He gave us tips on navigating the city and suggested places to dine. In every way, we felt cared for - and that counts for much, especially in a hectic city like Catania.
