Firstly, thank you to all staff at the Pomegranate Spa Hotel. An exceptional hotel and most certainly worth every star given. Location easy to find if travelling from airport 50km.
ALL Staff very polite and addressed any queries. Hotel maids were lovely, friendly and do a fantastic job, same for the restaurant and bar staff.
Restaurants are great, good menus. Breakfast caters for every single taste, very well presented, again staff attentive.
Rooms are very good, we had Garden View. Jacuzzi bath, all essentials included, slippers, bathrobe. Bed very comfy, safety box, good air conditioning.
Pools are nice size, sunbeds are comfy, plenty of them. Beautiful view over beach. Beach is clean and sea water clear for swimming. Pool restaurant is lovely at sunset for meal. Free Wifi all areas of hotel and on the beach, this worked well. Free beach towels each day.
Lounge areas around the reception and the outdoor area are comfy, well situated and in the garden are nice chill out areas. The gardens and trees are a beautiful setting with seating.
Animation staff are available to encourage sport or yoga, or just chat throughout the day. But not pushy.
Fountain light display each night is great to watch. Supermarket onsite has all essentials and a few treats.
Spa Park is an amazing treat, everything you could wish for from a spa treat. Try everything it is fantastic, again all staff friendly and attentive.
I honestly cannot fault this hotel. It exceeded all my expectations thank you.
Very good value for money. The hotel was nice and the staff really friendly. Breakfast was really good. We could see the sea from the balcony, but it takes a short drive of about 3 minutes to get to the beach.
