We stayed here one night while in town for a funeral. We unexpectedly had 3 extra quests in the room and the hotel staff was very helpful, providing plenty of extra towels and blankets. No extra charge for the additional adults either.
The hotel was recently renovated so everything was new and lovely. The room and bath were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Very close to the train station and within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
First reserved a room with 0ne King size bed which is only available on that moment.
When I checking in, I asked female front desk personel that any twin bed room is available.
She checked a while and said "Yes" and we got room with two full size bed.
Every aspect of my stay at the Viana was fantastic. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a big smile. Check-in was quick. The food at the Marco Polo restaurant was delicious, service is really good. I loved that the room was modern, clean, and had a mini fridge.
The hotel staff were very professional and courteous even offering us a bottled water when we got there and were leaving since they knew we were traveling! They called the room about 20 minutes after we got checked in to see if everything was okay. I have never received the kind of customer service we received at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Long Island.
