Nickel and dime you $4 euros for a shower cap or can't use the pool, service for lunch in bar area poor, always had to find server and ask.front desk a little rude during check in. This is my last night here and I am glad to leave but the city is very nice.

This is a very nice hotel with a fabulous breakfast! A really nice variety of quality foods at breakfast. All of it good. Parking is free and easy to find a spot even though the hotel was busy. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would again!

Great value luxury
Fantastic value, luxury feel, great service, fantastic breakfast. Nice pool and steam room. Whilst it’s not the most picturesque location in the Serras, it’s a fanatastic luxurious base.

So the reason for my poor with you is that check and staff was very and accommodating to us. I had two rooms for two people each except that was a mistake made with one of the reservations in one room and it only stated there was one person. They made me pay 40 extra Euros For the second person even though I pointed out was the same price as the other room I booked and if I went online that they the hotel room same room was for half price. The customer service sucked. That’s just left a bad taste in our mouths. There are quite a few other options that are nice in town and I will not stay there again even though I do visit quite frequently since I have family in the area.

So I rated it poorly because of check in staff. I had 2 rooms booked at same time but unfortunately a mistake was made with one of reservations and stated only one person. The staff was very nasty about it and made me pay $40 euros extra even though I showed them that rooms were booked at same time and it was a mistake. And also went on Expedia and showed them the room rate for that same day was half priced. What a nasty handling of this situation. I will NOT stay again ( and I go here twice a year since I have family there) . The rooms were nice and breakfast was very nice. The stay left a terrible taste in our mouths.

Bom hotel, excelente restaurante
Hotel simpático. Quarto básico, temperatura ambiente muito muito quente o que tornava o quarto desconfortável. Ter que ligar o ar condicionado no frio em pleno inverno não me parece que faça sentido. Seria agradável uma chaleira ou máquina de café no quarto. Piscina de bom tamanho e agradável mas cheia de famílias com muitas crianças e adultos sem regras (a saltar, chapinhar, gritar). Além disso com aulas de natação a decorrer. Ponto alto para mim foi mesmo o restaurante, staff atencioso, excelente apresentação, boa comida e bom preço.

No geral a estadia tem uma avaliação média, falta insonorização nos quartos, conseguia ouvir TUDO o que se passava e dizia-se nos quartos adjacentes, não foi possivel descansar.SPA com piscina de agua fria, cabines de sauna e banho turco, longe da area da piscina .Principal defeito muito ruido nos quartos.
