The rooms were not well insulated. You heard doors slam and people talking. No bar and no coffee or tea in the rooms. Also, parking was expensive.

Excellent beach in about 20 min walk, good authentic Restaraunt’s around. And it was festival time and I have managed to see bull ride around Castellón just 5 min walk from hotel )))

Didn't realise the hotel was so far from the beach but the local town was good to wander around. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

All round very good
We booked executive rooms so it was very big and comfortable as was the bed, the internet was excellent as was the breakfast The onpy thing I could maybe fault would be a limited menu for dinner

Ensure room view is not facing the road....
The room was lovely and spacious but I had little sleep due to the noise - mainly from other guests coming and going at all hours where doors were slamming. In addition, outside at 4am there were 2 workers who were cleaning the road and had a very loud generator going! So, recommend to not stay in accommodation which has a view of the road. However the receptionist and service in the restaurant was good and the cleanliness couldn't be faulted.

Great for stopover
It was a short 1night stay after travelling by plane for 7 hours and then driving 3 hours... The room was very comfortable (room size, bedding) for us and our 2 young kids. We all had a very good night's rest and location was close to restaurants, a good Cafe and a good pastry shop!

Great location for benicassim and the beaches, nice town but not much to it. Parking in the hotel was expensive and there was free parking behind if you were lucky and meter parking all around for 1 euro per 90 mins

a great place to stay to visit the area
The hotel is very well kept. The staff is friendly. It is not a high end, luxury hotel, but it is a very nice, clean hotel with all the necessities. We stayed a week to visit our son and enjoyed the location. Castellon felt like a very safe place to walk at night. We could walk to bakeries, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We took the train to Valencia, the city, twice for day trips. It is also a train ride from Barcelona and Madrid (2 or 3 hours).Taxis are available with a phone call. Many good restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes or less each way). The mattresses were firmer than I prefer. I would gladly recommend the hotel to a friend.

Great location, clean hotel
The hotel is in a great location in the center of town. The rooms are clean and the room had a mini bar with frig in case you need to store a few things in it. The only thing I wish they had was a coffee maker or something to make hot water for tea or coffee.

Great value for money
We liked everything about this hotel. We used it as a station during a long trip by car to southern Spain. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, everyone was helpful and friendly, we were able to get some paperwork done via the printing and scanning facilities at the business center (no charge). We would be glad to stay there again.

Adequate hotel for the price
The hotel initially gave us a smoking room when we had requested a non smoking room. Thye finally changed our room We enjuyed their full breakfast An older hotel that has been reasonably uptated. Certainly adequate for the price

lovely clean hotel
i booked this hotel with my daughter until we found her an apartment to live in for her gap year in castellon. This hotel was very central to all the viewings we had to go to and was near the train station. It was clean, most of the staff were excellent and we had a really good stay. However service in its own restaurant was non existing. so we ate out.

Hôtel propre et bien tenu, tarif avantageux mais ne correspond pas aux prestations d‘un hôtel 4 étoiles par manque de personnel. Aucune chambre avec douche, pas de salle de bain adaptée aux personnes handicapées, personne pour aider à porter les bagages en chambre… dommage
