It was my first stay at the hotel. Although I arrived very late due to the night flight into the city, the staff was very friendly and immediately helped me check in. I was on a business trip, and the in-room internet connection was more than satisfactory to suit my needs to contact my home office. I cannot leave a comment about other business facilities (such as printing and scanning) that I have not used, though. The room was extremely tidy with pretty much everything I need to soothe up.
The location is very nice, with close proximity to the city's commercial and shopping areas. I could find pretty much anything I need within the next two blocks, such as some office supplies or extra clothes.
Only notable fault was that the mini bar was completely empty throughout during my stay. The staff on the ground floor, however, helped me buy beverages or snacks any time I wanted. Accordingly, I cannot find any fault on it either.
This is well centralized hotel near everything, shops next door, plaza, metro , bus, taxis, restaurants is a big plus, hotel all speak English. modern facility with great view and friendly staff, has free spa services except for massage, great restaurants and café, but a bit high cost, lucky great café around the corner and amazing buildings al over. free internet and top notch quality in everything.. amazing beds.
We had a wonderful four days in Hamburg, thanks to all the attentive service of everyone in the Hotel Fairmont. Reception was particularly helpful with ideas and advice which made our stay even better
All our meals in the hotel were delicious and we hope to make a return visit in th future
We loved this hotel! It is very conveniently located, walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are big and well equipped. There is a nice outdoor patio at the bar/restaurant to enjoy the late afternoon sun on comfy lounge seats.
The hotel is very well situated it is close to the main train station, close to the water and close to restaurants and retail.
The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and modern. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
I stayed 3 nights at the Henri Hotel with my Husband on a recent short break to Hamburg. Everything at the hotel was very good, from the room to the honesty bar, from the buffet breakfast to the welcoming staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, yards from the underground station, and a few minutes walk from the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and it's less than 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Would certainly stay again and will tell everyone about it!
2 minutes walk to Gansemarkt U bahn station, 5 minutes walk to Jungfernstieg,Nuer Wall and Rathaus. Rooms are spacious and very clean in general. The staff are very kind and helpful.
The wifi was free but coverage in room was a bit slow and on and off. The breakfast was pricy but there is a nice bakery just around the corner.
If you get a good price I strongly recommend this hotel.
