“Comfortable and Clean”

I stayed here before flying out of the country the following morning. While this hotel is not close to the airport - it's a good half hour drive or more, depending on Casa traffic - it's better than staying at one of the scary airport hotels. My room had dated decor but was very clean and comfortable. I think only the 'tower rooms' are more modern in their decor, but Sheraton should really think about doing an update across the hotel. The service was fine and the central location makes it easy for wandering or driving around the city. While Casa is short on sightseeing, there's enough to do if you arrive there the day before your international flight. Next time I might try another 5 star hotel just to see the difference, but at least with a Sheraton you know what you are getting!

Area recommendations

Check out the small medina - not as good as in Marrakech or Fes, but it's close to the hotel. Also, go on a tour of the Hassan II mosque - it's beautiful!

“Considering the options in Casablanca - not bad...”

The first room I was given was a "non smoking" room that smelled of smoke. The pool was closed for renovation. Service was average.

“Passable”

L'hôtel est à 32 km environ de l'aéroport, la chambre est très moyenne surtout la salle de bain, mais l'hôtel est bien, de nombreux restos notamment le resto marocain ouvert très tard. le personnel super sympa et serviable. Il y a mieux mais ça reste tout de même correcte

“Wenn es sein muss”

Der einzige Vorteil an diesem Hotel ist, dass es zentral in Casablanca liegt. Ansonsten gibt es besseres, denn in den Zimmern sind die Teppiche nicht sehr sauber und die Bäder ziemlich heruntergekommen. Beim Früstück im Restaurant kommt man sich an den nicht so sauberen Tischen ziemlich verlassen vor. Die Bedienung kommt dann wenn es ihr gefällt und nicht wenn der Gast einen Wunsch hat. Weiters sind das Besteck und die Unterlagen auf den Tischen manchmal schmutzig.
