“Will not stay their again. Not impressed”
Old hotel from the 60's. Furniture has its day. Breakfast bad; cold food and limited variety. Internet not operational; this is extremely important for business.
“The hotel of "Lovely Smiles"”
Nice people with lovely smiles. Clean and tidy. The best location in the city if you need to move around. Two things need attention: some variety in the breakfast menu and water flow in the bathroom.
“Four stars?”
The hotel is dated and old looking. The sliding glass door in my room was stuck and took heavy effort to open or close. The minibar wasn't refrigerated. The air conditioning gave off a musty smell. The free wifi was not working during my whole stay. When I asked reception if it would be fixed, they told me "Normally it works." My last day in the breakfast area "Silence of the Lambs" was playing on the television. I've had better conditions and service in a hostel.
“Casablanca is an experience”
This was my first trip to Morocco and, as a warning, everyone will try to get as much from you as they can. As a rule of thumb, the price quoted for visitors is ten times the real price. So, if you are buying a carpet and the carpet seller asks 6,000 DH offer $300 DH (one twentieth of the price) and you'll end up settling somewhere near the real price of 600 DH (around $75). I didn't follow this rule and paid 3,000 DH for my carpet ($375, a ridiculous price for a carpet in Morocco). Now, I hate the carpet because it reminds me of my bad judgement. I'll give it to a relative as a gift.
“It is a convinient hotel”
Good Price with a good service and in the center of the city
“I had to come back to this greatly located hotel!”
Rooms are clean, great clean bids, breakfast was of a 3 stars hotel. a good surrounding right at the heart of Casablanca. I recommend it, good margin for the price.
“Decent hotel”
The hotel is located in the vicinity of other major chain hotels in downtown area. The breakfast has modest selection but quite tasty with a good freshly squeezed orange juice. Unforetunately, machine coffee only. Towels are not always new and crisp clean. Staff is friendly. Hotel is far from Cornish the main entertainment area. Overall, a good hotel for business stay.
“never recommend this hotel to others”
i never back to this hotel even i sleep at street????
“would go back”
conveniently located downtown Casablanca, view of sea and city from room if requested. nice breakfast buffet. clean & comfy room. helpful bell-hops.
“Convenient place to stay if you are looking just for an over-night stay.”
Room, bathroom, beds were clean. Decoration was not the best, but for us, it was not important since we were only expecting a clean and quite room to sleep. Towels were clean and soft. Breakfast menu was okey. The hotel is not very new but everything was clean and working. I would recommend the hotel.
