“one of the best”

very nice and cooperative staff,the hotel has exellent services and exellent location ,breakfast was very rich , wi fi avilable in the room in general exellent hotel comparison with price, i would recommend this hotel to my friend

“Trying but falls short at this time.”

modern and great location but alot of annoyances: 1. toilet and heat did not work well 2. hyper security annoying -need room key constantly just to open elevator, got locked in stairwell , got locked in exercise room 3. things look modern and nice in room but not practical, eg. handles in bath dont work well when wet . 4. charges for all-internet, coffee maker in room!! , etc. 5. staff nice but not always there and very inexperienced. 6. nice location for me-neighborhood cafes, etc. and 20 min. walk to main mosque 7. larg e attractive room conclusion: fine for two nights , ok but would not return. they need someone like me to walk them thru the guest's experience and point out all the little details.

Area recommendations

the grand mosque by the sea. Neigborhood of hotel was charming if you have not been to Casablanca before.

“Poorly maintained hotel with poor service”

Everything seemed broken: coffee maker, lights, and luggage rack. When asked why I didn't get my wake-up call, I was told that they called but the phone in my room wasn't working. In summary, this is a poorly maintained and over-priced hotel with little service.

Area recommendations

The area around the Sheraton Hotel would be a much better location because it is close (walking distance) to the old medina as well as the King Hasson II Mosque which are the two main attractions in Casablanca.

“hidden gem”

I stayed at this hotel for one night only and i wish i chose it from the beginning. the location is great, seems newly renovated, price u can't beat. the only issue is that no taxi driver know it exist!! also the sign of the hotel is too small, makes it harder to find the hotel.. the check in process was smooth, staff friendly, got upgraded from junior suite to executive one.. location is in the middle for both business and pleasure though away from the corniche.. i highly recommend this place.

“Fantastic hotel-stay here!”

We originally booked for 1 night however ended up staying 4 nights because we liked the hotel so much. The rooms are very modern, clean, sleek and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. In our 12 night trip to Morocco this was the best hotel we stayed in. We would highly recomend this hotel to anyone looking for lodging in Casablanca

“Good option in Casablanca”

We needed to spend a night in Casablanca prior to our flight out the next morning. JM Suites is in a good location, ideal to explore the city, and had good staff. Tricky location to find so make sure to have good directions ahead of arrival.

“JM Suites Hotel”

The hotel is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood of Casablanca. The hotel is small but nice. The breakfast was very good. Do not rely upon a wake-up call, though. On both mornings, the hotel staff failed to make our wake-up call at the appointed time. The wireless access in the rooms was spotty, at best.
