“I would sleep on a bench at the airport rather than go back to this airport.”
The biggest inconvenience to us is that we had read that it was close to the airport. Our mistake, we assumed that there was only one airport in Casablanca but there is an OLD one which is barely used any more. Well guess what, this hotel is close to this old, practically abandoned, airport. It was very costly to us to get to the 'operational' Casablanca airport the next morning. Here again, the hotel staff was not helpful at all in getting us transportation (even in the form of calling a taxi) to get us to the airport.

“Will never think of going again”
I only stayed there as it came on the top expedia picks and the rate seemed good for a 4 star hotel. But the service was totally pathetic. There was not even a single small towel in the toilet and I had to get a bath before leaving for the airport and waited hours for a towel, when which came was a small towel and not properly washed.

nous avions réservé une chambre lits jumeaux avec un lit d'appoint pour 1 enfant de 5 ans il a fallu réclamer 3 fois le lit avant de l'obtenir en montrant la réservation pour le petit déjeuner , nous avons eu trois réponses différentes avant de pouvoir avoir le petit déjeuner dans la salle de restauration la restauration est de mauvaise qualité, c'est le lieu où nous avons le plus mal manger au Maroc ! l' hôtel n'est pas à 15 mn de l'aéroport comme il est indiqué sur le site , mais à plus d'une 1/2 heure ! les taxis qui travaillent avec l'hôtel demandent 3 fois plus cher pour le trajet à l'aéroport !

“Hotel Zenith vom Flughafen eines der nähesten”
Wir buchten dieses Hotel, weil es als nähestes vom Flughafen angegeben war. Ohne die genaue Beschreibung mit Plan des Mietwagenangestellten hätten wir es aber nicht so leicht gefunden. Die Rezeption war auch wie angekündigt auch um 2h nachts geöffnet, aber der Gang zum Zimmer war ähnlich einem früheren Ostblockhotel, kahl, schlecht beleuchtet, grob verputzte Türen. Das Zimmer war nicht schlecht, im Schein der Nacht auch sauber. Aber die Terrassentüre war nicht verschließbar, obwohl noch drei andere Zimmer Zugang zu dieser Terrasse hatten. Wir ließen jemanden kommen, der sich das anschaute, aber nicht schulterzuckend meinte, dass macht nichts. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, was bei Tagestemperaturen von 30 Grad nicht unwesentlich ist. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war etwas abgestanden. Wir verbrachten dort glücklicherweise nur eine Nacht, bzw. insgesamt 8 Stunden, ein längerer Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel erscheint uns nicht erstrebenswert.
“éloigné de tout, bruyant”
veuillez noter que la piscine est payante, à raison de 10 euros par personne, prix tout à fait injustifé la navette de l'hotel revient à 150 euros, pour venir vous chercher à l'aéroport lors de la visite de la ville, nous avons vu d'autres hotels tout à fait bien situé, au bord de la mer et près de la mosquée à éviter cet hotel, si vous êtes en famille

Hébergement conforme au nombre d'étoiles de l'hotel, mais la qualité des repas en demi-pension est insuffisante sur le plan diversité et qualité
“La qualification de quatres étoiles est un peu surfaite”
L'emplacement de cet hôtel est peut-être trop excentré par rapport au centre ville. L'ascenceur aurait pu être un peu plus grand et moins bruyant.
