“Hotel not recommended at all...”

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Next time I will stay somewhere else.”

The room was over looking an ugly ,old and dirty neighbohood. There was not a even a bottle of water in the room when I ckecked in. The bathroom sink was clogged and it took me 5 phone calls to send someone to fix it. A huge piece of the carpet was wet next to the night stand , I called about about few times and i told the house keeping and they did nothing about and I assume it is still wet till today. The very slow internet service sucks at that hotel. You have to pay $10. per hour so you can take your lap top to the lobby to check your email. I would NOT stay at that hotel anymore.

“After traveling for three weeks, it was nice to stay somewhere that felt a bit like home - familiar.”

I was only there for one night but my experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.

“A nice hotel”

It was a nice hotel but not more than 4 star in my opinion. The housekeeping didnt have any iron to to provide in the rooms. Otherwsie, the staff was quite friendly.

“I recommend it to business travelllers only.”

I booked with the understanding that all taxes are prepaid. We only had to pay Dirham 39.60 city tax directly to hotel. We ended up paying Dirham 262.60 which is TPT (no idea what this is) and daily tax.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff very polite and always courteous and helpful.

Sadly, Iberia lost my luggage for two days....had to sprint for my connecting flight which was last flight to destination the evening. Very displeased with Iberia.

un peu surcoté, mais bien situé à proximité de la vieille citée. les prestations en deça de sa catégorie. Bar de chambre vide. Ni café, ni thé dans la chambre, pas d'eau minérale !!! Buffet du petit déjeuner un peu sheap ! la brasserie est assez inégale dans sa prestation. Vin bouchonnée ! non reconnue par le serveur! conclusion: Prix élévé

“Hotel Golden Tulip farah Casablanca”

Hotel moderno, camere belle e ben tenute ma il servizio non è da 5 stelle . Pulizia delle camere non impeccabile come dovrebbe essere in un hotel di lusso Il minibar non è mai stato rifornito e li kit di saponi in bagno cambiati di rado.Zona SPA bella ma l'hammam era in fase di costruzione e la piscina coperta, scenografica ma con acqua gelida, impraticabile. Colazione continentale abbondante e ampia scelta. Bar nella hall impeccabile,con pianista e violinista che creano una piacevole atmosfera. Il prezzo è buono e tutto sommato lo consiglierei ma con la consapevolezza che una stella gli è stata regalata.

Area recommendations

Casablanca è una città dagli enormi contrasti:dalla ricchezza sfacciata alla povertà. Sicuramente consiglierei di visitare la Moschea:lascia senza parole. La zona del lungomare è impeccabile con viali e giardini in riva al mare e ristoranti di lusso che servono i clienti direttamente su terrazze in spiaggia. Particolare è la Medina (vicina all'hotel)potrebbe sembrare un posto malfamato ma ci sono molti poliziotti in borghese che sembrano mendicanti e che rendono quasi impossibili scippi e aggressioni.

When to go

Più che altro quando non andare... Io sono andato in Gennaio e la temperatura non era delle migliori. Ho trovato una brutta settimana è vero, ma per non rischiare consiglierei di non andarci in inverno.

“Un service pas à la hauteur”

Avec une image de luxe, les ambitions de l'hotel ne sont pas atteintes car les services offerts sont défaillants : navettes proposée pour l'aéroport qui ne vient jamais, informations contradictoires selon les interlocuteurs, oublis quant au linge de chambre... par ailleurs, avec l'étiquette SPA, il est regrettable que ni le hammam ni le sauna ne fonctionne : l'indication piscine aurait dès lors mieux convenu que celle de SPA...
