“Relaxing place to stay”

The hotel has charm and very friendly staff. If you have young children the childrens pool is a great place for them to play, the pool guy is always on hand to keep an eye on them. If you don't speak french you will have fun trying to order from room service, but all the staff can understand the basics. The trip into the city is about 15 minutes by taxi, but the price can vary greatly, the local taxi drivers only aim is to get as much money from you as possible. The sea is right next to the hotel, but even in August is was cold so not ideal for kids to swim in. Overall an enjoyable stay, was there through Ramadam so not all the night life was open, may be a lot noisier when everything is open.

“Casablanca Beach”

This was my first trip to Casablanca. I was a bit apprehensive, traveling alone. The hotel facility is beautiful and well maintained. The food was excellent. My room had a balcony with a view of beach a half a block walk from the hotel front door. I walked for a couple of hours on Sunday down the main thorough fare next to the shore. The view was lovely. Throngs of people were jogging and walking; numerous soccer games on the hand sand near the surf. A police station is located across the street from the hotel. Everything was in order. I took a cab. The driver took me to all of the sights including shopping at the historic Habouis area, Hassan II mosque, corniche beac, catholic cathedral, etc. The hotel is in the restaurant and club district. Music can be heard until after 3:00am on the weekends.

“Value for money.”

Good Hotel,clean and staff was very helpful and cooprate two bad points,SPA was very very bad,beakfast was same manue every day we stayed 10days.location is good but little away from the dawntown.

“Highly recommended, especially for vacationers”

Excellent hotel choice for Casablanca, especially for vacationers. Located right by the beach, good restaurants and walking area around the hotel. Hotel itself is full service, with excellent restaurants and friendly and helpful staff.

Area recommendations

Ain Diab, the beach area where Hotel Club Val D'Anfa is located. Easy access to downtown Casablanca by petite taxi. (But with all taxi rides in Morocco, make sure the meter is on or, if not, get agreement on the price before hand.) Better than staying in noisy downtown Casa with all the traffic. Nice to walk (or jog) right out of the hotel along the Corniche with the fresh ocean air. Watch the sunset from your hotel room or the main restaurant's outdoor patio.

“Under Construction and not very truthful people”

The hotel is under construction and the only way to enter is through the construction or around back through the parking garage. They are also not very truthfull when they say they do not have the room you requested available. On the other hand the staff is very nice and the restaurant has good food.

“Great location, polite staff, good food and very clean.”

Would go back to this hotel whenever visiting Casablanca again. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The garden, although samll, was meticulously kept. The pool was great. I could not believe how close the beach was. The only thing I wish they would improve a bit on, is the quality of the walkway to the beach.

Dining

The adjacent restaurant which is really part of the hotel is very typical with belly dancing and decor. It is a bit pricy but very safe and sometimes this is more important than a few saved pennies. The wine list if very nice. I personally recommend the Medaillon, Cabernet, Moroccan wine, just about the besst I tasted on this trip.

“Can't wait to be back”

I'm extremely satisfied with our stay in Club Val D Anfa. The room is very clean, spacious and with the beautiful view of the ocean. I liked that it is situated away from the noise of the city center so we gat a very relaxing stay. We were also very fortunate to have met our taxi driver, Mustapha, who had become our official driver during our stay in Casablanca. He speaks English and is very trustworthy. We would like to go back again to Casa and will definitely consider staying again in Club Val D Anfa.

“Great place to relax!”

I stayed at the Club Val D Anfa after a week's trip in Morocco. It was a great place to finish off my trip! If you are looking for a place to go to relax away from a lot of chaos in the city, this is a great hotel. The pool was very nice and the room was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The restaurant had a nice deck that overlooked the water. I was thrilled with my stay at the Club Val D Anfa.
