“A Very Nice Boutique Hotel in Casablanca”

Contemporary decor, modern bathroom, pleasant restaurant with a good breakfast buffet and it was very nice to have an in house restaurant for dinner. The staff was very helpful. The Barcelo is centrally located on a main thoroughfare, We were there for two nights before going on a tour which stayed in another nearby hotel. We were pleased that we had chosen to stay in the Barcelo prior to joining the tour at the other hotel which was larger but didn't have the "style" of the Barcelo.

“Cold Reception, Warm General Manager”

As above, our stay was made better only after the GM intervened. Would recommend as it is in the center, room size to cost ratio are about average (by European standards), and it was used only as a transit stop. Not much to do at the hotel, we spent most our time on the Corniche anyway.

Area recommendations
This hotel is in the center, where it's busy and quite dirty. Next time we'll try out the Corniche.

“Lousy Place to Stay In Cascablance”

Beds hard as hell! Lightentiung poor in the room. Furniture uncomfortable. Food for dinner okay. Did not deliver my room service for breakfast--just forgot about on the monring I was to leave for the airport

“Fine, but not as expected.”

Everything was fine except for the room type: asked for non-smoking room during reservation, once in Casablanca only smoking rooms were available.

“One Night in Casa”

Very niice hotel, they gave us great room on 13th floor, looking at the Hassan II Mosque. Free computer usage on 2nd floor. Only disappointment is that despite the fact that this is an international hotel, there is no bar selling alcohol and also the minibar does not have any. Hotel is located in nice clean and modern neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby.

Area recommendations
There's really nothing worthwile to visit in Casa with the exception of the Great Mosque, guided tours only at fixed hours. We particularly enjoyed the sunset on La Cornice Boulevard where are the beaches, restaurants etc. are

“Best Hotel in Casablanca; would stay again”

Great helpful front end staff; perfectly clean and maintained room; fantastic location, walking distance to Grand Mosque and Old Medina; best hotel towels I have EVER experienced. I would stay here any time.

A city of many different features. The driving is very aggressive and the signage is poor at best. Use a private Taxi and watch out when crossing the streets.

“Good business hotel”

Barcelo Casablanca Hotel is located downtown Casablanca. It is a business hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and front desk was very helpful. I needed to return a rental car. Front desk took care of it. I needed a taxi to the airport at 5:30 AM. The taxi was ready and waiting when I checked out. PS - don't drive in Casa unless you have to! Streets are windy, change names frequently, and are often unmarked.

“Perfectly Fine, Reasonable Price”

Perfectly fine hotel in a nice neighborhood. Don't expect the staff to be up to speed regarding the neighborhood, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. You're on your own. Would stay again.
