This hotel is absolutely the worst place I ever been or you can choose Nothing is good ,on checking time she tried to charge my credit cart twice, I explained to here that I already paid for it , she kept looking then she said ohh yeah sorry , the hotel is so dirty , we couldn’t sleep because of the drunk people outside and the loud music, on my opinion this property should not be a hotel, 4 stars hotel is a absolutely a jock

Excellent building architecture. Very Authentic Moroccan site. good size suite room. For quietness Lover be aware of cars and staff talking loudly in the back garden.

This hotel has certainly seen better days. It's unfortunate because the property is good and is in a great location, but the rooms are run down, the service is sparse, and the breakfast is sad. Location is great right next to citadel Parking is plenty and available on premise Elevator wasn't working when we arrived and we had to wait till it was fixed before we took our luggage to the third floor. Service could be better, feel like no motivation to ensure guest is happy. WiFi is quite good Floor tiles. Are. Loose jagged and uneven, so I would advise guests to take slippers. If this hotel gets some renovation and staff training and motivation, it could do really well, especially with such spacious rooms.

This is expedia fault that the app and website made a mistake with the breakfast included or not. However the manager was rude enough to ask after I refused to pay "did expedia eat break fast or did you?" The reception staff were very nice and sweet and one of thr ladies was kind enough to give us some paracetamol from her own bag when we asked if they had any.

Didn't enjoy as expected a 4*hotel to be. The breakfast is very bad and staff are not paying attention if you enter or not. No napkins on the table. I even didn't take the breakfast the other day because it is a désastre. The amenities in the room are not for 4*hotel. No parking for the hotel. It is an outside parking that you have to pay. At the check out the receptionist didn't even ask how was your stay. Horrible service. I'm a hôtelière person who is in the hospitality for 17 years old.

GREAT PLACE IN ELJADIDA
ART SUITES WAS A FANTASTIC PLACE FOR ME . NEARBY SEASIDE AND ALL TYPES OF RESTAURANTS ARE VERY CLOSE . HOTEL GARDEN IS GREAT . HOTEL STAFF WERE SO KIND TO CHANG MY ROOM TO A BETTER ONE AS I REQUESTED . RECEPTION LADY WAS SO HELPFUL . BREAKFAST RESTAURANT GIRL ( GHITA ) WAS LOVELY AND SWEET . Very nice choice for El Jadida stop over, get away
Art Suites was a very pleasant discovery and overall despite a Ramadan stay, very pleasant. Staff were helpful despite the fasting and the hotel was well done. I will consider using it also for informal business retreats as well in the future.

Nice and large rooms and excellent hotel staff overall. If there's something that might make you leave is just the overprice food and drinks, but the local restaurants in the area offer delicious food at very low price. The breakfast buffet is really good though. A place where to stay for a couple of nights if you're visiting the city or where to set your base camp if you're taking 1-day tour to Casablanca or Marrakesh.

Hotel de calidad mínima.
Que vergüenza de lugar para venderlo en Internet. Nada tiene qu ver con las fotos que venden . La suite estaba sucia,el sueleo tenía baldosillas rotas, polvo sobre la mesa y los sillones sucios. No teníamos agua caliente , no nos pudimos conectar al WIFI, Servico de desayuno no existe ....de dos noches que teníamos contratados , solo estuvimos la 1ª.Este hotel se debe reformar totalmente y poner personal de calidad hotelera. Único positivo que está en el centro histórico de la ciudad , lo demás nefasto.

Hotel vieillot qui ne correspond pas aux photos. La réservation etait une suite avec climatisation et television . L hôtel a ete incapable de nous fournir une chambre correspondante pendant 3 nuits sur nos 5 réservées. Pas de climatisation, moustique car obligé d d'ouvrir les fenetres. Gestion de l'hôtel à revoir complètement. Il a fallu téléphonet au service client hotel.com pour que l hotel nous trouve une chambre avec clim. Petit dejeuner nul. Tres déçu de cet établissement. Je voudrais un remboursement ou un dédommagement.

Bien mais des améliorations attendues.
Hôtel calme et bien situé, proche du centre et des sites à visiter. Petit jardin agréable. Parking sur pelouse. Personnel sympathique. Suite spacieuse à deux chambres (+ salon + SDB) dont l'une sent le renfermé et le moisi. Bonne literie. Pas de couverture supplémentaire disponible dans la suite. Impossible de dîner sur place du fait de la présence d'un groupe et salle petit déjeuner non prête le lendemain du fait du groupe, nappes tâchées, petit-déjeuner médiocre (viennoiseries pas fraîches, trop de produits sucrés.) Soucis de fermeture de la porte de la suite, des fenêtres et des portes-fenêtres. Des améliorations rapides sont à apporter.

Schöne Garten. Hotel liegt gut in der Stadt.
Leider ist ein Mann an der Rezeption der ständig raucht. Es stinkt nach Rauch. Sauberkeit ist ok. Mein Problem war mit duschen: die Dusche ist.nocht wasserdicht. Nachher ist Esser überall..

This hotel is not used to international travellers, who demand more service. I don't think they know what good service is. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are nice - but there is no aircon on warm days. The staff is really not good. This could be a fantastic place, if the staff was properly trained.

Chambre spacieuse (suite), propre. Calme malgré l'emplacement en plein centre ville. Bon accueil à l'arrivée avec corbeille de fruits offerte. En revanche la cuisine du restaurant n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Le service au petit-déjeuner malheureusement était quasi inexistant (obligé à plusieurs reprises de demander le réassortissement du buffet)

Belle hôtel intérieurement mais pas terrible extérieurement. Bon petit déjeuner, le seul problème les femmes de chambres. 2 fois elles sont rentrées dans notre chambre sans frapper et attendre que l'on ouvre la porte,"inadmissible" pour un hôtel.
