“Dissapointing experience”

We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport and that is the one thing that did NOT disappoint. That ran at the time arranged by us at checkin. the lobby was nice. However, once past the lobby the hotel is getting shabby and frayed. You can hear every word spoken in the adjoining rooms. Not sure why but there was also alot of noise in the hallway with other guests apparently visiting out there. The hotel lounge/restaurant is not open on Sundays and the neighborhood does not look safe to walk around to find an eatery so plan on pizza delivery. The power was out for several hours and the front desk seemed annoyed that we noticed. We had to shower, dress and feed our baby by the light of our cell phones. They advertise sleep number beds, which they do have, but they must be old as they are either rock hard or really soft. The tv was old and had no channel guide. The fridge and microwave were both clean. Our room view was a gravel topped roof to the warehouse next door. Would not recommend.

“Great if you're just sleeping over one night”

This hotel is really only for someone arriving late and leaving early the next day. The only good thing about it is the comfort of the room and the beds. The tv didn't work properly, there were no movie options and nothing, absolutely nothing to do in the area. In fact, once on-site you wouldn't want to leave as the neighborhood is completely industrial.

“Good Hotel !”

We spent only one night and the place was good enought for our needs. The only problem what we had was the shower, water had not enough power at shower(we were at 6th floor) and it took us a long time for a proper cleaning but everything else was fine.

“Not impressed”

The personel was pleasant I booked a non smoking room and was placed in one on the smoking floor !!!!!!!! Thankfully changing it was not a problem. The room was clean - no fridge , no fan in the bathroom NON of the vending machines were working!!!!!! Improvement is needed

“Great choice for EWR travelers”

This is one of the nicest hotels with shuttle service to Newark Airport. The only problem is that the restaurant and lounge are closed on Sunday evenings.

“good accommodation”

I choose this Hotel because of the free Shuttle and proximity to the Newark Airport - it was a bit further than others but on the edge of a nice Neighbourhood that we walked in the afternoon. Be aware, that the Shuttle only goes from 6am-11pm

“Great front desk workers”

Front desk workers were great, the shuttle drivers were a piece of work. Had to wait over an hour for them to pick me up from airport and same guy made us wait in the shuttle about 20 minutes before a few of us finally got out and complained to the front desk worker as to where the driver was. Everything else was great. Room was clean and up to date, free HBO, free wifi (wireless and wired). The free breakfast buffet was tremendous. Hot eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, pastries, coffee, tea, the works. Hotel was a bit farther from the airport than I thought.

v good place to stay if using newark airport. free shuttle to airport and mall and station. speak to philomina at reception she is really nice to deal with.
