“Convenient location”

Easy to find, very efficient staff and comfortable bed. Great waffles.

“Not as pet friendly as advertised.”

Our checkin was met by a rather unfriendly manager. We went out for a few hours, and upon returning our room key wouldn't work, so we went to the front desk, and when I told the girl our room number she told me that she had recieved numerous complaints about our pets, and when I told her we were sorry for any inconvience, she made a snide remark and handed me the room key. We have traveled for years with our pets, and have never had a single complaint. The next morning we went down to the breakfast area, and the food set out on the counter looked stale and wilted. We returned to our room to shower and found that the tub didn't drain. We left early so we could get some breakfast elsewhere.

“Would stay here again”

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and quiet. Had a microwave and refridgerator and all the comforts of home. And as a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. The only bad thing was the in room coffee pot didn't work.

“Dogs and People alike will love this hotel”

We traveled from North Carolina to Mobile, AL and needed a place to stay inbetween. We were traveling with a 90 pound Golden Retriever and a little lap dog so we needed a hotel to stay at that accepted pets regardless of size. The La Quinta is set up perfectly for people traveling with pets. There is a lot of grass out back to take the dogs out and even had a doggie clean up tool waiting in the parking lot to use to clean up after your pets. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. If we are ever traveling that way again, we know exactly where to book our stay, and this will definitely be the place. It's right off the highway and there are plenty of places to eat all around, and a gym just down the road. The only downside to the hotel was that both the spa and the workout room (all 3 machines in it) were out of order. But considering everything else, it was a great stay.
