When we first checked in, the staff greeted us with a friendly welcoming smile. The staff seem to promote themselves in a highly professional manner, showing care for their guests. The foyer was very nice and welcoming, also having a cafe within the building as well being convenient. The staff was supportive, being if you need anything or have a question you could consult them with ease. When going to our room, the lift and surrounding area seemed nice and clean. When entering our room it seemed cosy and inviting. The room had everything that we needed, it seemed room service was done well and ready, such with towels/face washers and other items located in the room that we needed. I liked the view in having a balcony within the room. The Hotel also seem to have good facilities, being a gym, pool but we did not make use of such facilities. During my stay when i had a question for the staff member at the front desk, and getting the internet on, the staff member seemed very friendly and helpful. The Hotel seem to have a relaxing/warm atmosphere, people seemed nice and it was located well within the city where it was not overly loud. When it was check out time, the staff were friendly, thanking us for our stay at the Hotel.
