“Bit far out”

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and nice pool area. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. It was a little far out, 20mins walk from the new town, and 50mins from the medieval town, so good if you like a nice stroll after a meal!

New apartment hotel, about 2km form the railway station out of town but an easy walk without bags. Aircon brilliant, beds comfortable, apartments well equipped with most kitchen stuff you'll need, shutters very effective. Bakery at end of car park. Reception staff speak excellent English and very helpful with taxi bookings etc. Remember it is an apartment hotel so you're room isn't serviced every day.

“Excellent value apartments”

Excellent value newly built apartments near the town centre (about 25 mins walk). Located about 45 minutes walk from the walled City, but there are buses available. Would recommend getting taxi from Carcassonne Airport for circa 13 Euros. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We had the smallest studio apt with a pull out bed. Not the comfort of a top hotel bed but more than adequate. The kitchenette is good for breakfast / snacks and includes 2 elec rings / microwave / good size fridge / cutlery / pans etc and even a mini dishwasher! (note no oven). Bring a mug with you as they only supply expresso cups. The swimming pool is fairly small, but adequate with sunbeds and poolside toilet / shower. Theres a bakery next door and a supmarket about 500m walk down the road. I've stayed at Appart City before in Bordeaux and would recommend them for accomodation that Is good value, clean and comfortable.

“Das Hotel wirkt etwas heruntergekommen”

Zu diesem Preis bekommt man ein wesentlich besseres Zimmer, v.a. im bed-and-breakfast. Das Hotel ist noch nicht sehr alt, aber nicht gepflegt, es wirkt alles etwas schmuddelig. Das Bett ist eine Schlafcouch. Einzig das Frühstück ist etwas umfangreicher als sonst in Frankreich üblich.

hotel récent, standing correct, bon rapport qualité prix, idéal pour une famille avec enfants je recommande cette appart hotel, le seul petit bémol l'hotel est en dehors de la ville. le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix payé (les viennoiseries n'étaient pas bonnes).

“Excellent rapport qualité/prix”

Accueil et renseignements très sympatiques. Hôtel très agréables pour les enfants. Sécurité +++. Studio bien équipés et propres. Proximité du centre ville et des grands voies d'accès. Calme. Les environs ont un charme fou: canal du midi, Carcassonne médiévale, montagne Noire, châteaux cathares.

“Manque de Propreté et de confort dans la chambre”

- grille d'aération du coin salle d'eau dégueulasse - ménage approximatif (porte de placard, coin cuisine) - on avait demandé une chambre non fumeur, et la chambre sentait le tabac, jusqu'au drap - clic clac inconfortable, literie de mauvaise qualité

“Une bonne solution”

Première expérience en apparthôtel. La formule est heureuse pour les familles, évitant des enfants qui s'ennuient et s'agitent au restaurant. (Et gain du prix du restau). Très bonne prestation d'ensemble, si ce n'est un fond de casserole qui n'était pas nickel.
