“Awesome Stay”

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The rooms were nicely cleaned and maintained. Everyone was helpful from the front door to the cleaning crew.

“I'll stay here again”

The choice of Country Inn & Suites was a late change the day I made my reseveration and I am so happy I made this choice. My family enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfast, and the comfort of the room. When I am looking for my next hotel, I will definiately look at Country Inn & Suites again.

“Nice Hotel”

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, new hotel, comfy bed. I forgot my bag that had all of my toiletries and the staff was very helpful to give me a few items and got the rest at a Super Walmart right next door!

“Nice 3 day stay”

“The stay was GREAT!!”

The nicest hotel I've stayed at. The pillows and comforter are down and amazing! The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. I would stay there again for sure!

Area recommendations

The hotel is perfectly located, there are numerous restaurants and shopping within minutes from hotel. Just 20 minutes from Carbondale.

“Family Reunion Lodging”

We held our family reunion nearby. Most of our out of town family stayed here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The kids had fun in the pool while the adults chatted in the breakfast room. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I never heard a negative remark about the hotel from any of our family members. We probably had 50 people staying at this hotel. They made us feel at home. The only MINOR issue was that the room keys kept losing their codes and had to be reprogrammed frequently. The staff was always quick and helpful with reprogramming them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Area recommendations

Several restaurants nearby. Mackie's Pizza was close to the hotel and very good. In Murphysboro, there was a little mexican restaurant called Sergio's. The food was GREAT and very affordable.

Must see

For those of Christian faith.... The Bald Knob Cross was very beautiful and scenic. It was worth the drive to visit.
