“Extemely Unimpressed”
I had read mixed reviews on this hotel but decided to give it a try regardless. For only being 3 years old, it lacks maintenance and appears to be much older. The staff was friendly, however the service was not good. My room service was not only untimely, but also cold by the time I received it. My room had no clock and when I asked for a wake up call to get to the airport, it never came (and I missed my flight). The restaurant service was good, but the lounges were extremely slow, despite having enough staff and not very many customers. I was displeased with my overall experience. I would not recommend staying here.
“Poor internet connection”
Location of the hotel was good as it is very important to be in the safe area in Caracas. Small pool and poor internet connaction in the hotel were the two major disadvantages.

“Good choice in Caracas”
The hotel is very convenient, new and modern but the staff lack some customer service skills. They were a little slow at the check in and check out. The staff at the lobby bar should ask customers if they like something to drink and eat and not wait for the customer to order. Two things that I will improve are the business center and the room showers that use the european type telephone faucet.
“Nice trendy hotel, but lack of service”
In general a nice hotel with plasant modern design and comfort. owever, my biggest complain about the hotel is lack of personal service and friendliness of the employes The hotel seems to be heavily overstaffed of people practically doing nothing. The people in the recepcion were friendly in general, but reluctant to help advicing about general questions on tourist sights etc. Especially I will say that the staff of the restaurant and bar were very unfriendly. The staff didn't even greet the guests in the restaurant. At breakfast I noticed the staff was chatting together without paying attention to the guests. One waiter was surfing the internet on the hotel computer instead of serving the guests. My advice is to fire half the staff and keep the half the number, the training them to high attention to the guests, Mr.T
“Overpriced”
don't buy the wine in the hotel. we were ripped off when we had to pay more than five times what you'd pay in the UK for a glass of wine, which wasn't even a third full.
“Not cheap but good”
Fantastic hotel in the middle of Caracas. 1hr + from airport. Airport shuttle not free - Approx $60 US each way. Good but small rooms. Filter coffee in room - not complentry but minibar items. Pool at top of hotel great view. Small gym + sauna. Very good food, very friendly staff. Check the phone number before going as we has issues with the one quoted. Would go back - yes.

The hotel was great,however, the bathroom was very little and a little bit unconfortable.
