“Wonderful hotel”

This is an excellent and smart hotel with polite and helpful staff. It's maybe a minute's walk from the piazzetta. The rooms we stayed in were well appointed and spotless; waking up to the sun streaming in the window was just wonderful - I'd recommend an east-facing room even if the view might not be quite so good. Rooms were cleaned and made up very well. There was a good mix of breakfast items and the pastries were fresh (unlike a lot of places I've stayed). Matisse the cat was very tolerant of photography! The only thing I would note is that the shower was on the small side - not a problem if you're an average european size, though at 5' 6" I had to watch my elbows. If you're tall or plus-sized, this may be worth checking before you book a room.

“Gato Bianco”

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of Capri. Hotel was beautiful and well kept and clean. The room was a bit awkwardly laid out and the noise level was quite high given there was no carpeting - just beautiful tile flooring. I'd go back but make sure to take earplugs...
