“Beautiful accomodations”

Gorgeous hotel located very close to the main port (marina grande). Staff is very helpful (free shuttle to and from the marina and center of town). Fabulous view and excellent food. Can't wait to go back!

“Ideal location for arrival and then exploring capri”

Excellent hotel of its period (1906) maintained to high standard. Within a 10 min walk from the marina, so it was an easy walk back down to the marina to see the boats or pick up a trip to the Blue Grotto. You could then get a venicular tram or bus up into capri town. The hotel also operate a free pick up or drop off taxis service to/from the marina or town centre from 9am to 9pm. After 9pm you can get a bus which stops just short of the hotel on the main road. The staff were very helpful and I can certainly recomment it for comfort and value for money.

“Captivating Capri”

From the moment you arrive on the Island you are collected by the Hotel's Shuttle 7 Seater Car by Anders who is extremely knowledgeable on the Island and offers advise on any issues of your visit. Once arriving at the hotel it is a very striking building and Viviane & Valerio could not be more welcoming. Our cases were taken to our beautiful room which had a large double bed and a beautiful shower room and a stunning balcony overlooking the sea. Once we were settled in we walked to find our bearings to Capri and made our ways through the winding streets to Caesar Augustus Gardens which has a stunning view of the Fraglioni Rocks and a peek at Sophioa Lorrens House in the distance. On the first evening we got room service which was pasta and we had a bottled of wine delicious. Our second day we were dropped of in Capri town by Andres who pin pointed various places to explore on the map which Vivianna had given us and had also marked out must see's and restaurants which were off the beaten track and way from the hoards of tourists which was exactly what we wanted. We made our way up to Ana Capri by bus and headed out towards a restaurant which was a good 50 mins walk away called Da Gelsomina, it was stunning it was a beautiful sunny day and the views were amazing, the food was pretty good too, after lunch we walked about 100 yards to the most stunning viewpoints which were very quiet we could spot the Fraglioni and the Lighthouse, perfect day x Perfect Hotel xxx

“Best Hotel Experience Ever”

This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff are outgoing and very happy to help you with anything that you need. It was not only neat and clean, but beautiful as well. I personally had never traveled outside the United States before this trip. I stayed 2 nights in Rome, 1 in Naples, 1 at the Excelsior Parco, and 1 in Sorrento. The Excelsior Parco had thought of everything, even slippers in the room for walking on the tile floor in the room. Food was excellent and they have a driver ready to whisk you to wherever you need. I only had an afternoon in Capri and due to their recommendations feel I fit a lot in, in such a short period of time I was amazed. I will recommend this Hotel to everyone I know heading to Capri.

“Great hotel. Exceptional Service.”

Although our family of four only stayed one night, the service of the hotel was exceptional even before we arrived. Viviana arranged a boat excursion for us in advance and when we arrived a little later than expected she assured us that we could go whenever we wanted, even the next day, and she would make the arrangements. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding and her reservation got us the best table. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful and also gave great recommendations. Even though the hotel is located away from the main square, the shuttle totally eliminated this concern. We felt like the shuttle was at our beck and call even though it was also doing the same for other guests. They even got our return ferry tickets for us. Although the WiFi showed it was connected it was not downloading information. We never bothered to sort that out due to our short stay and that we were staying too busy to worry about what was going on off the island. :) The only criticism I can give is that one of the kids bed was very bouncy and uncomfortable.

“Can't wait to go back!”

The hotel was amazing. The room was extremely clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. We had a Deluxe sea view room and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious, the best we had in Italy from all other hotels that included breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and made you feel at home. The location was perfect and the free shuttle service from 9am-9pm was super convenient. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy! Would highly recommend if traveling to Capri. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

“Excellent staff”

||||||||||Our first room was on two floors and the only window was in the bathroom and there was one on the stairway. Our view was the wall of the next property. The staff were very understanding and found us a room with a beautiful view for our second night and when they could not place us in an acceptable room for the remainder of our stay they ssent us to a sister hotel in a suite with a spectacular view. We were not demanding this at all, they were just very kind and helpful. The hotel has a driver that will take you anywhere and pick you up although we found it is easy to walk pretty much anywhere on the island and one day we rented a scooter which is the transportation of choice for most of the island. Loved, loved, loved Capril and this hotel

“Hotel Excelsior Parco really undersatands quality and service....”

We were told that Capri is expensive to visit and get around. Hotel Excelsior Parco mitigated that. They picked us up at the dock and took us to the hotel, carried our bags to our room, and offered us a welcoming drink. They shuttle you to the nearby village at will and come get you when you call. The driver, Carlo, is amazing. He will take care of any details you want him to handle, and he knows the island so well that there is nothing he can't figure out for you. The breakfasts were outstanding, especially the omelettes, and the young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgable about restaurants.

“Excellent hotel would go back again and again”

This hotel is outstanding. The service, cleanliness, staff and the million dollar view from our balcony made this the best place we stayed. Even though the hotel is not located in town, the hotel provides complimentary transportation into Capri. The service was timely, friendly and accomodating always. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend anyone staying here that likes peace and quiet and to just enjoy the beauty of Capri.
