Good and comfortable stay
It was a good stay. The rooms are spacious. Loved the bathroom and the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Sulieman one of the hotel staff was quite helpful.

Pros The room is cool and spacious The pool is very useful to have a good day There are many different places that you can spend your night within the hotel and around the hotel. Cons They don't always serve daily fresh foods in the breakfast. The varieties in the breakfast is insufficient. Your orders from the restaurant can sometimes be very late or forgotten without any notice. The jakuzi was not working.

2 yaşındaki oğlumuzla gittik, çocukların oynayabileceği güzel bir bahçesi var henüz havuz mevsimi olmadığı için havuzu deneyemedik ama havuz da çok güzel görünüyordu. Kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi. Nerden başlayıp nasıl gezeceğinizi bilmiyorsanız bizim gibi Bensu hanım harika yönlendiriyor çok teşekkürler :) ayrıca sabah balonları izlemek için harika bir otel.

Oda genel olarak rahat ve genişti. Ancak temizlik konusunda aynı fikri beyan edemeyeceğim . Her gün otel tetkikleri bence degismeliydi.Degismedi,beraberinde yatak üstleri tekrar düzenlenmeliydi gelişigüzel bırakılmışti .Cave otel mantığı güzel ancak geliştirilmeli .Yine de 5 üzerinden 4 verilebilecek bir deneyim oldu . We really enjoyed our stay here - friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Pool looked lovely although not hot enough weather to go in unfortunately! Room was nice, plenty of space, comfortable, nice shower and en suite. Thank you!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Location, food, scenery and staffs were all exceptional. All the staffs were amazing but there’s one that was beyond exceptional, Hamid, given his customer service skills and attitude he should be the brand ambassador for the hotel, he was a pleasure to meet and made my stay very easy. Kudos to great customer service!

Except for the friendly staff and relatively clean rooms, nothing ese was good in the hotel - AC leaked in room 9 water was all over the floor and carpet and no one bothered to fix it the whole time - No one changed or replaced your shampoo and soap - only two bottles of water for your entire stay - the worst breakfast options ever : You want Orange juice , you have to pay for it because " it is fresh".. basically no juice what so ever ,(even concentrate ) You want scrambled eggs , you have to pay for it We just ate cheese, butter and Jam .. the other ready made spread seemed off .. old and smelled funny . in fact we tried the coleslaw and it was sour !! My wife had diarrhea that day after trying eat So except for the really nice staff and lean grounds.. there is nothing good I can say about this hotel

Poor service. Great location.
The cave room looked pretty. But the service was very bad. There was leakage in our rooms where the water from bathroom was flowing in hall. Even after changing the room another room also had a leakage which they didn’t repair and couldn’t change the room. Even after asking them to repair it multiple times they didn’t repair it.
