The hotel is in a great location and has fantastic views of Goreme. The rooms are very dated. We were in a deluxe room which did not have any outlets by the bed. The shower has a very high tub. If someone has mobility issues you’re gonna fall. There’s no shower curtain which results in water going outside the tub and make the entire bathroom wet. The air conditioner will stay on for 15min only. The worst part there was no vent in the bedroom. The split unit is only in the seating area. We were there in April and it gets really warm in the room. I can’t imagine staying there in the summer. All in all, you get what you paid for. We paid around $230 so can’t ask for too much. I would not return to this hotel without improvements. The staff is absolutely incredible. From the room Service to the housekeeping and the restaurants.

Pretty intriguing living in a cave - I would recommend it for the experience for a few days but not for life :). Decently comfortable rooms, beds, good bathroom. Safe and quiet. A pretty short walk to the main area that has restaurants, shopping etc. Though keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and so be prepared when walking back up. The breakfast was OK, lots of fresh food, juice options, coffee machine but i wish it had more cooked meat options than just a few cold cuts.

Centrally located in Cappadocia and walking distance (5 min!) to dining and shopping in the area. Really cool hotel and very helpful, personable staff. I’d gladly stay here again. Great breakfast as well. Great value for the money.

Wonderful experience of staying in cave suites while visiting Cappadocia. The newly built stone rooms are well equipped with modern amenities while being extension to the old caves. The hotel have multiple view point decks and very close to the sunset point where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rose Valley. There are a plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was quite decent, too.

Amazing experience to take jacuzzi in real cave! Great place to stay with mesmerizing view, highly recommend to feel the difference between typical high-end hotel and a very distinct one

I loved this hotel. I stayed in a cave suite, and it was an unparalled experience. I woke up before sunrise to see dozens of hot air balloons passing overhead/nearby. The hotel is perfectly situated within a close walk to the heart of downtown Goreme. The owner, Semsettin, was often on-site, and he was incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. I was so happy to stay at this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Cappadocia Cave Suites Hotel is a unique and charming property located in the heart of Cappadocia, Turkey. During my stay, I was impressed by the one-of-a-kind cave rooms, which added a truly authentic and cozy feel to the experience. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The panoramic views of the stunning Cappadocian landscape from the hotel's terrace were simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. However, I found the Wi-Fi connection to be somewhat unreliable, which could be improved. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for those seeking an unforgettable and picturesque stay in Cappadocia.

Receptionist did not welcomed or listened to us or help us at all . It was low season and we were expecting better it does not fit this beautiful property . Turkish bath and sauna was nice . Nobody inform us that we need to wake up early for balloons. Receptionist need to gave better guidance around area . We did not him at all

If you have a chance to stay in the Cave Suites, definitely take advantage of it. The checkin process is a history lesson about the area and the “cave” city. The rooms are quaint but clean and very comfortable. The place is super romantic and is a small walk from both the center of town as well as the sunset lookout. There is a balcony that has the perfect view of the Balloons at sunrise. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel will help you book a balloon ride in advance with “reputable” services. Be warned they will be pricey.

Turkish Hospitality at it’s finest!!
I recently stayed at the Cappadocia Cave Suites with my family on our first visit to Türkiye and I was extremely impressed, not only with the beautiful property and excellent customer service the owner and staff provides, but with the way Turkish hospitality is manifested from the moment you arrive to the moment you check out. Actually, it all started when I reserved the rooms and started emailing with all my questions about activities in the area. Mr. Shemsettin, the owner, replied almost immediately with answers in detail. When we arrived at the property he and Usuf were very helpful with suggestions and guidance. This property is a true cave hotel, tastefully decorated. It has many terraces from which you can see the town of Goreme and the hot air balloons super close early in the morning. What a site! It’s clean, cozy, beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is splendid. It has a restaurant and a Spa and the guys in the restaurant are funny and very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Goreme. This will be my home away from home when I return to Cappadocia. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The 108-room we stayed in was too small and old even for two people. It was so cramped that there was no room to open a suitcase. The toilet was leaking and the shower booth looked cheap material. Breakfast was very cold, and the 7:30 start was a bit late for travelers.

Great location slightly off the main road which I liked for more privacy. This more elevated location made for Amazing views of the hot air balloons for the perfect sunrise experience. Hotel could do a better job with the upkeep of the hotel, considering it is a cave. There were several pieces of cement and dust on the furniture from the cave. I understand that part, but the hotel should have a better cleaning routine in place because of this fact .

Charming Cappadocia hotel
This was a charming hotel carved right out of the rock. The staff was warm and friendly. We would most definitely stay again. It was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Yousef, a concierge staff member at this property went above and beyond for my husband and I. The view from this property is exceptional, there’s no need to walk up to the public viewing area to stand, when you can sit and relax with the same view from the property. We had wonderful food at the on-site restaurant. Overall amazing experience
