“Great location and hotel of a high standard”

There is a bus from hotel that leaves every 30mins to take you to waterfront which is very helpful if you dont have a car

“Superb Experience”

The Westin Grand Cape Arabella Quays hotel has wonderful staff, superb rooms,excellent dining facilities and food, and is a hotel that both my wife and I would unreservedly recommend to friends and acquaintances. The staff are a joy, cheerful and helpful, and we offer full marks to the hotel for making our holiday in Cape town so enjoyable and memorable.

“Good quality hotel”

“wonderful cape town hospitality”

this hotel comes out top of my list for location, value for money,especially as it was three nights for price of two. the standard of the rooms was excellent. the breakfast was amazing. the pool was small but with a position overlooking the whole of the city. above all the friendly helpful staff made my stay even more memorable. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Excellent Value”

We really enjoyed our time at the Westin. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, all very motivated and eager to please. We booked an executive room and enjoyed the complmentary drinks and canapes. Very well situated on the fringe of the Waterfront with a complimentary shuttle service.

“Very impressed”

Excellent hotel. My wife and I spent 10 days in this hotel and it excelled in every department. Excellent selection at breakfast and service was 100%. A complimentary shuttle operated between the Waterfront and the hotel very efficiently although it was only a 10-15 min. walk. Staff went out of their way to help. Would not stay in any other hotel in Cape Town.

“excellent cape town hotel”

very good hotel with excellent facilities, the pool had fabulous views of cape town. Breakfast was varied and good. Good shuttle bus service to waterfront, very welcome escpecially in the evening for restaurants.
