“Amazing, th hotel, the location andthe staff”
Fantastic stay, ideal setting in camps bay wonderful hotel and extremely helpful staff. They were always willingto help and aid all of our needs. Hotel is situated in a truly wonderful location, with an ideal location to sunbathe, people watch and the senic backdrop of the famous mountain ranges! Wuld highly recommend this hotel.
“A Home away from Home”
I stayed at the Bay for thirteen nights on a recent business trip. I traveled alone for the first week and my husband accompanied me for the second week. From the moment you set foot in this hotel, you are welcomed as if at home. The hotel is impeccably kept, service is consistently great, the room overlooking the pool and ocean was clean and well maintained. Loved staying at the Bay. Kudos to all the staff!
“The Bay Hotel is a gem”
The Bay Hotel is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location by the beach. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the quality of the service. Everyone, from the front desk, to the pool area staff to the restaurant staff, is truly accomodating and warm. It makes what is a very good hotel into a world class one. I just wish the prices were more often within our corporate limits so we could stay there all the time! The spa is also wonderful; I had several treatments while there and all were excellent. I highly recommend taking advantage of the fact that it's right there in the hotel, and you can even walk right out onto the pool deck afterwards.

“Think this is probably 4 star and needs a lick of paint”
I stayed with a friend in a twin room. My friend had been before and felt like the hotel had lost some of its glamour and we both felt it needed a bit of a revamp. The service was mostly exemplary but occasionally led astray by restaurant recommendations and a hire car that was supposedly booked for us wasn't. Overall felt that this is a 4-star hotel rather than 5
“Geheimtip in Kapstadt”
Ausgezeichnetes Haus an hervorragender Lage. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Trotz Nähe zur Strasse sehr ruhige Zimmer. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und Bars. Ich kann dieses Hotel all jenen empfehlen, welche bereit sind für einen etwas höheren Preis etwas aussergewöhnliches zu erleben.
