“great experience”
impressive hotel - will certainly go back to the hotel when next in Cape Town
“Grubby”
The location of the hotel looked perfect. The outside looked great. What I hadn't banked on was a leaking bathroom and grubby carpets and floors. I knew breakfast wasn't included and glad because based on the state of the rooms I would not have risked it, but to also charge additional money for Car Parking when there really isn't much choice was not impressive. The hotel staff were friendly, but having told them that the bathroom was leaking and that the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned they apologised, said they would do something about it and then did nothing. The final example of a hotel that is not looked after is the curtain rail fell down in the middle of the night. Would never stay here again and would never recommend anyone I know to stay here either.

Highly recommended. Best experience - Stayed at Rockwell All Suites Hotel 28th Dec 2009. Staff extreamly tentative, accomodation second to none. Suite furnished with good quality home appliances from kitchen, dinning area, living area, bedrooms with on-suites. Highest standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Small restaurant area near reception - we can highly recommend breakfast. Accomodation and parking very secure. Located in Cape Square close to - V&A Waterfront/Harbour within walking distance. Small shopping Mall opposite with Spar supermarket and plenty other unique shops. Stunning view of Table Mountain or Harbour. Motorway only five minutes away, 20/30 minutes from Airport. Petrol station round corner. Taxis available.

Dieses Hotel zeichnet sich besonders durch die Zuvorkommenheit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist günstig und sehr gut (Buffet) und es werden gern Sonderwünsche entgegengenommen und auch gern erfüllt. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Egal ob der Blick auf den Atlantic oder auf den Tafelberg vom großen Balkon aus zu genießen ist, beides hat seinen Reiz. Es gibt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sehr gute Restaurants und viele Bars.
