“Hotel is good but .....”

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. Rooms were good, service friendly, location excellent. However, when it came to checking-out, we were rather disappointed with the hotel's attitude. On the morning of check-out we asked the front desk for a late check-out (our flight was late afternoon) and they were unable to accommodate us, saying that the room was needed. We found this to be unusual as there were about 3 or maximum 4 rooms occupied the whole time we were there. We were offered a day room for an additional R250 (just so we could shower before making our way to the airport). A 10am check-out in low season is unreasonable!.

Area recommendations
Camps Bay, Clifton, Hout Bay .... all good locations!

“Great value for money,unbeatable location”

We had a nice stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and gave good advice. Would definately stay here again
