“Good Standard”

I was travelling on business and was very pleased with the overall standard, cleanliness, and attitude of staff, wish I could have stayed longer.

“Tour Groups!”

A nicely positioned hotel in downtown Cape Town with good rooms and good service. Unfortunately, they are mainly geared up to deal with large tour groups and the bar & restaurant can get clogged up. Car parking is by valet parking, which is fairly expensive and not very convenient (they need 30 mins notice to get you car out of the parking). There is a fun market right outside the hotel, which is nice unless you have a room on the front, from where you will be woken early to the sounds of the stalls being built each morning - inc Sunday.
