“Home away from home”
The service of the staff was outstanding and certainly made up for the maintenance problems. The first day we had no hot water and they offered to move rooms for us but we liked our room and luckily the hot water came back the next day. The breakfast was awesome. Great location as well.
“pretty good location, great place”
The hotel is very close to the Convention Center, St. George Mall, Green Market and other interesting points, and is within walking distance to the V&A waterfront. Rooms are nice and clean, and have a nice kitchenette if you like to warm up something on the fly (interestingly, they had dishes and cups etc., but no silverware). On the negative side, there are some pest-control issues, even though the place is spotless. also, sadly there was ongoing construction across the square, which made for some early-morning noise (which was not exactly the hotel's fault, of course). The personnel was nice and helpful in getting taxicab rides etc. The hotel has a restaurant, which is useful as a last-resort, since most downtown places close early; the food was not bad, if a bit spare on the vegetarian side. Overall, I would recommend this place to the business traveler
“RIP OFF”
Hotel does not have internet and working phones in rooms. They charged me for two nights when i checked out even though they said they would not.

L'albergo è gradevole, le camere sono di dimensioni accettabili, il bagno è essenziale ma discreto, la colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità, la zona è non male, molto vicina al centro (long street) e non distante dal V&A waterfront, mentre la pulizia in camera non è impecabile soprattutto viene fatta in orari molto ristretti. Per essere un 4 stelle manca di alcuni servizi che ci si aspetterebbe, come il servizio shuttle da e per l'aeroporto, una migliore offerta e qualità di programmi radio e video in camera, accesso a internet meno costoso. Ma nel complesso è una sistemazione gradevole.
“Hollow on the square”
-Les chambres situées du côté de l'entrée principale sont un peu bruyantes -Liaison WIFI de mauvaise qualité. Liaison internet filaire de la chambre non utilisable en raison d'une souris défectueuse sur le PC de la chambre. Préférer le café internet situé de l'autre côté de la rue -personnel très agréable
“en centre ville, très confortable très bon accueil”
A 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale du centre ville, service parfait, personnel à disposition et toujours cordial et souriant, ça fait plaisir ! la chambre près de l'ascenseur un peu bruyante, ils m'en ont proposé 2 autres ! bons petits déjeuners complets. Parking payant mais surveillé. Seule la vue, sur d'autre immeubles n'a pas d'intérêt. J'y retournerai.
“gute wahl im stadtzentrum”
Hallo, prima Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhaeltnis um Stadtzentrum. In einem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, der Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer ging schnell und unkompliziert.
