We live in New Hampshire and wanted a nearby but charming place to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. The Mansion at Ocean Edge definitely delivered! None of the summer time hustle and bustle that the Cape is known for, amazingly charming accomodations and a central location that made sightseeing on Cape Cod very easy. Another big plus are the off season rates which are very affordable. Only one of the two dining establishments in the mansion were open, but only because the one that was closed is open air and not suited for the winter time. Bezo's Pub was extremely warm and charming and the service staff are very hard working and cater to your every need. The food was excellent, but I can only speak for the clam chowder and lobster pot pie. I would definitely recommend the Mansion to anyone but expect to pay much more during the summer time, if you are even able to get reservations. We will definitely go back.
Very warm welcome and enthusiastic about ensuring our stay was a success.
Relaxing environment at a very busy weekend labour day weekend
Accommodation excellent at the top of the quality spectrum.
Breakfast excellent only down side could be slightly larger portions or toast and preserves to finish
Situated at a quieter part of the Cape was ideal for us
We were weary because there had been some unfavorable reviews. But the room was clean, bathroom neat and very clean. Bed was full size and comfortable. Price was the best in Falmouth. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't need a lobby with soft music.
Located minutes from Barnstable County Fairgrounds, 5 major golf courses, downtown Falmouth, beautiful beaches, harbors, and …More
The Snug Cottage is close to the center of Province town, Ma. The proprietor, Brian, was extremely friendly and helpful. The B&B is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The only problem I had was with the creaking floor - but that is a minor disturbance.
This is my second stay at the Colonial, a historic Victorian Inn in the heart of Yarmouthport, and I must say, I simply love it. Lovely manicured lawns, antique furniture, plenty of parking, and even an indoor pool! It may not be for those seeking brand spanking new facilities, but it is clean, comfortable, attractive, and has the kind of historic allure, that tourists wanting a real sense of New England can enjoy. You must stay for dinner. Their "Seafood Cowdah" is truly yummy and rivals anything Legal Seafood can dish out. Last, but not least, Mac, the innkeeper, is a knowledgeable, gracious host that will point you in the right direction for any sights or entertainment you may wabt to complete your stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This historic inn is in Yarmouth Port in the center of Cape Cod, 1 mile from ocean beaches, and 3 miles from …More
The Inn was located next to the Pilgrim Monument, which is covered in lights for the holiday season, and the reason for our visit. We are residents of Cape Cod and do not usually stay locally (within 100 miles of home) but wanted to see the Monument lighting we had read about for so many years.
The night was terrible, 50 mph wind and torrential rain. We arrived about 9pm, as my husband and I both had to work that day. The manager showed us to our room and we were completely surprised, a fireplace, Keurig coffee maker, and matching robes. The bed was extra firm and had ample pillows.
We were delighted to see that dinner was still being served and Wednesday had a buy 1 get 1 Entrée special. We told Tom, the desk manager we would like to eat, so he let us settle in and said hurry back to the lobby/restaurant as it was almost closing time. We were delighted to have a table across from the lighted monument (indoors!) wonderful food and fabulous service.
We were pleasantly surprised to enter into a very spacious room! It almost seemed like there should have been more furniture in the room. We arrived late, but had no problem with our arrival. The staff was very nice and everything was clean and fresh.
Our only regret was that we only stayed one night!!
