My husband and I only stayed one night, in room 1, and it was perfectly fine for our purposes. The hotel is really more of an inn, in an old house. There's a nice sitting room and another small room for drinking coffee, and the rooms are directly off those common spaces. Our room was small, but it was comfortable... until a group of guys came in around 1:30am laughing and shouting and crashing into things. I guess this shouldn't have surprised me on a Saturday night right in town, but since we were having a relaxing mini vacation, it was disruptive to us.
The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, letting us store our luggage on our check-out day in their staff kitchen.
The price of this hotel was shocking given the size of the room and the lack of amenities (we only paid $130 because we had reward points that covered the other $650), but it was on par with other accommodations in P'town when I did my search for lodging about a month in advance.
