Our room was not labeled the same suite as I had booked online,they told me it was the same thing but just by a different name. Once in the hallway of our room we were hit with the strong odor of smoke, in the room the smell was just as bad, someone was obviously smoking in the room next to us. When we got in the room several of the outlets had burn marks on them, and two of the outlets were chipped, and did not look safe to use. The shower had some mold on the walls. My wife is very sensitive to smoke, and became very sick, I went down to the manager to inform them of the smoke and they said they would take care of it. We went out to dinner and did some shopping, when we returned the hallway smelled of febreze and smoke, it made things worse and my wife was not well. I went down to the desk and asked if there was anyway we could get our money back and leave, he told me that I would have to contact Travelocity. The next day we spent the day in town with family and when we got back to the hotel we checked out as we could not stay any longer with the smell making my wife sick so we left early. After we left I contacted Travelocity to get a refund, they contacted the hotel and the manager stated that I was told that I needed to check out by 3pm to get a refund, I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS, if I knew that I would of left the first night and drove 3 hours home. The manager lied to Travelocity to avoid having to give me a refund, they are dishonest, unclean DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

I mean location is ok?
Well the excessive water damage in the ceiling oh the cracked mirror in the he. Princess sweet the hot tub didn’t end up working correctly, bathroom door had holes and painters tape everywhere. Oh good water pressure though. But bring your own towels because these are like sandpaper. My phone wasn’t even attached to the wall so you know that was cool. Only thing this place has is the location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked the lady at desk if she could recommend long term parking lots because we were going to Nantucket for one week. She said I can park my truck in their parking lot since it was the off season. That was very nice of them.

Pleasant stay.
The stay here was quite nice. Clean room and wonderful walk-in shower. Very nice hot breakfast in the morning, too. A suggestion: I had no place by the bed to plug in my CPAP breathing machine. This is a big deal for those of us who rely on this device to get through the night. Had to get the mattress pulled down to access a plug behind it. Cord barely made it to the night stand. Nice, pleasant front desk people. Would stay here again.

Cape Cod Melody Tent within 7 minutes
The room was very neat and clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was very clean and the floors were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again. During the Labor Day weekend we went to a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent and it was only a 7 min walk from the Hyaninis Plaza Hotel.

Convenient and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Was not impressed when I requested someone vaccum the room after a glass broke and I had already cleaned most of it, and was told that likely wouldn't happen, and it didn't. I would have done it myself if I could have. Will not be returning here and plan to contact mangement directly.

Overall we loved our stay, and especially that the double bed rooms are dog friendly. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom though, and the shower was poorly installed.
