My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok, nothing fancy but it served its purpose, it was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The pool was nice and clean also. It is a block from the beach, the beach is small but there are other beaches still within walking distance. The area the motel is located is nice and quiet. A nice residential area and the street was not too busy. There were plenty of people taking morning walks or jogging. There was a great place to get breakfast half a block away. Pat, the owner was really friendly and very helpful. It is close to restaurants, I would recommend The Oyster Company! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. We would stay here next summer!
My wife and I stayed in room 10 for two nights in early June, before the busy season. Place wasn't too busy. The owners are great - Annie pulled out a map of Chatham and gave us a run-down of all the places to go, and she's so friendly. She told us all about the local restaurants, putting in a plug for her family's restaurant, which we tried (Mooncusser's Tavern in Harwich) and very much enjoyed. Live Jazz and great tapas (the mustard-base sauce on the mussels was wonderful and unique) and I left my hat there and the owner had it for me the next day when we left our room! The motel has had some updates in the bathrooms which is good - new tile and showerheads. The tub and sink were a bit dated. Room had a mid-size mini-fridge which was unexpected and great. TV was a small CRT tube TV. There were large-slat blinds on the windows but having curtains would have been nice as the rooms are all ground level. We sat by the pool on the second day of our stay because it was so windy at the beach. Pool was uncovered but hadn't been cleaned yet for the season which was too bad -- we didn't go in! We enjoyed our stay, good place for the money.

A nice, cozy hotel, pretty much right on the beach. I was only in town briefly for a wedding and didn't have time to check out the many amenities (pools, breakfast, etc), but it seemed like an amazing place to spend a few days, and I wished I had more time to check it out. Maybe next year!
