Pros: Location was excellent. Free breakfast was great. Motel had a nice pool.
Cons: Our door looked like someone kicked it in and they glued it back together. Might be time for a replacement door.
Location: Great location. Easy walking to Commercial Street (15 minutes to the center of it all).
Great location. Close to Commercial Street. Free hotel parking and wi-fi. Room was neat and clean. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.

Beautiful town in Cape Cod. Facilities clean and remodeled. Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Firepits, Ping Pong, Outdoor Grills for use. Most of front desk staff pleasant. Jen is great person to talk to about things to do in area. Very people friendly, willing to help guests. Bed is stiff as board. Town is 3 miles long. Hotel is located on east end.

Location: Not close to the downtown area - bad if you want to be where all the noise and action is - good if you want a quiet place.
My husband and I only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful and informative. Nothing really to complain about except the cable TV. Not one channel came in clearly. It's almost as if they were scrambled. My husband thinks it's because they don't have individual cable boxes in each room - BUT we were not there to watch TV - just there to enjoy Provincetown.

Modern Cape Cod Motel

Posted 22-Jun-2014
Motel style, stayed in a double room early in the season, the light going up the outdoor concealed stairs was out, but felt safe in the area. The room was very clean, as pictured. The continental breakfast was served in the small lobby, with cardboard trays available so you could take your food back to your room, great fresh spread. was more like 15-20min walking distance from p-town. Overall good experience

Great Spot in P-Town

Posted 20-Jun-2014
Pros: It meet all of our expectations. Quite location, low cost, and clean.
Cons: nothing
Location: 15 minute walk to town with many dinning options
This is a older property but it's well maintained. It sits off the road and is very quite. I would suggest a 2nd floor room for the least amount of noise if that matters to you. Free breakfast was very good with hot waffles, cereal, and muffins that your can eat in your room, or at the pool depending on the weather. 15 minute walk to center of town thru some very nice residential areas.

Efficient, economical, exactly as described.

Pros: Everything
OK, so this hotel is not in the centre of Provincetown but it is half the cost of the town centre one, has plenty of spacious free parking and is a very pleasant 20 minute stroll from the town centre. The lady at check in was very helpful, the room was very spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. It was very nice to have a full sized fridge and the bed was huge. The complimentary wifi had an excellent signal strength in our room and was very good quality. I would recommend this hotel as an alternative to the very expensive town centre options and would definitely stay there again if I ever returned to Provincetown.

Nice hotel within walking distance of restaurants

Pros: The hotel was within walking distance of Commercial Street. This was a big deal as parking in Provincetown can be the ultimate nightmare.
Cons: It is a motel-style kind of place, so the decor inside could be better (i.e. more vibrant colors and less brown), but it was perfect for us.
Location: Within walking distance of restaurants, cute shops, galleries and the beach.
We went to Provincetown on our short honeymoon, and we picked the Cape Colony Inn initially because it was affordable and close to the heart of the town. It had everything we needed (more, actually), like a mini fridge and a microwave, and a coffee maker. We appreciated the fact it was very clean, the cleaning staff was definitely on top of everything. There was an outdoor heated pool but we had forgotten our swimsuits, so we did not get to enjoy it. It looked nice though, with lounging chairs all around. The best feature of the hotel was its location. Parking on Commercial Street is mission impossible, so it was nice to leave the car and walk to the shops and restaurants.

Pros: Room interior and very comfortable bed
Decent motel, room interiors recently remodelled and very comfortable - nice......The rest feels aged and cheap. It is OK if you are not too picky. 15 minutes walk to middle of town.
