“Le Guardiole - quattro stelle da migliorare”

La posizione dell'albergo e' piu' adatta alla visita dell'entroterra, perche' e' un po' distante dal mare. La struttura e' classificata 4 stelle, ma le camere nella costruzione chiamata "Fattoria" (a 800 metri di percorso sterrato dal corpo principale) non sono sicuramente allo stesso livello delle altre. All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una di queste camere anche se la prenotazione prevedeva una camera Superior. Nel bagno, pur essendo adeguatamente pulito, era inoltre costantemente presente un odore sgradevole proveniente dallo scarico della doccia. L'arredamento lasciava a desiderare. A seguito delle nostre rimostranze, soltanto dopo 3 notti ci e' stata data una camera diversa (in realta' un piccolo bilocale situato in un'altra struttura vicino alla Fattoria) molto carina, con un soggiorno con angolo cottura, un bel bagno, una camera da letto ben arredata e addirittura un giardinetto con ombrellone e sdraio. La pulizia e' ottima e il personale che riordina le stanze e' gentile e disponibile. La piscina della Fattoria non e' molto grande, ma e' immersa nella natura e il suono dell'acqua si unisce piacevolmente ai suoni della campagna circostante. Nota dolente, la colazione: la scelta e' limitata e le fette biscottate erano scadute da qualche giorno. Il ristorante e' decisamente caro: meglio scegliere un ristorantino a Capalbio o Manciano, a pochi km di distanza. La struttura principale e' stata ristrutturata molto bene. Peccato per alcune cadute nella qualità nel servizio.

“Ottimo relais nel cuore della Maremma”

Ottima struttura e ottimo servizio. Incantevole la piscina con la vista sul lago. Unico neo la distanza dal paese di Capalbio e dal mare.
