“Cheap, good room”

Stayed here to attend our son's UM graduation as we could not get a reasonable room in Ann Arbor. A little farther out (20 miles) than we would have liked, but it worked out since we spent most of our time in the Detroit area. PROS: Clean room with microwave & refrigerator, daily USA Today, cheap price. CONS: Continental breakfast just average (bagels, pastries, cereal) , only one toaster in the breakfast area (long waits), room could use some maintenance (new caulking in shower, noisy central air), noisy area (next to I-275).

“Good but noisey”

Hotel was good , although we didn't eat the breakfast seemed to bo good with cereals, muffins, bagels, juice milk, coffee. Room was good, Bath tub could have been cleaner but everything else ok, great to have a fridge. Draw back, no security they let people talk and party outside the rooms till midnight and then loud gang walking by at 3 am. would go back if I was insured that there wouldn't be the parying going on. Some people do go to bed at 10pm as you are close to the airport and may have an early flight or have to get up early for other reasons.

“Under construction but room itself was great and a good rate”

The hotel was under construction and the breakfast room was closed and they stuffed everything in the front room/office and you had to carry the food to your room. Not a problem except they turned off lights to stairwells and they were slick and very dark. Even after a call to the front desk the lights were not turned on.

“Fine for business”

this was fine for business. There was a Wendy's next door for food and the continental breakfast was fine. the only complaints I might have would be that the walls were somewhat thin so I could hear noise until late, and the door didn't shut flush to the frame so it appeared open even though it wasn't. However, the price was right especially with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. If I attend more meetings in the area, I would use this hotel again.

Clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Not luxury quality, but very satisfying for a cheap price.

“I had only one issue. I am not crazy about outside entrances.”

Outside entrance has its disadvantages when it comes time to go to breakfast or to the office. Weather was cool, that meant getting shoes & jacket on. That's my issue, no big deal. On the other hand, it was nice parking right outside our room for the three days we were there. We enjoyed our stay.
