“Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and cleaning supplies”
It's a shame. This place has such potential, but they need to fire their cleaning staff immediately to realize it. First off, I noticed hairs and gunk behind the bathroom door. Then, there were hairs on my sheet. It was late, so I cleaned the floor, then brushed eveything aside on the sheets and slept on a towel. The next morning, i informed the lady at the front desk of the problems and asked to have my sheets changed. She told me someone else had just complained about hair on the sheets and that it must be because one of the staff wasn't wearing her hair net. She assured me the head cleaning lady would be informed and that my sheets would be changed. That evening when I turned back the covers, I was pleased to see what i thought were clean sheets. However, when i looked under the pillow, there was a long, dark hair! Then, another hair by the clock and another in the bathroom behind the door. Not pleasant, not funny (I'll bet the staff thought it was funny).. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was very nice, with bagels, muffins, pastries, cereal, fruit, and plenty of it. This could be a great place to stay, if they only realized that cleanliness is a basic necessity.
