“Very good”

The hotel was prefect for what you paid. Bit of a walk into the centre of town but a very pleasant one if you decide to do it. Cabs are expensive for a 5 minute cab ride.

“Great for the price!!”

In trying to keep the price of our trip manageable I came across this hotel and was a bit worried what the hotel would be like. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was perfect for our needs, it had a stove and fridge which was perfect for a quick meal, bathroom was large, bed was not the most comfortable however.

“Cannes Beach was allright”

It was a nice place but very large and confusing to find our room.

“Basic but comfortable”

Basic but comfortable accommodation. No hairdryer in room (as stated). Nothing on site for young children. However the swimming pools are good.

“It is what I expected and ideal for a self catering holiday. Fairly basic but perfectly adequate.”

Swimming pools were good but I would have appreciated being able to have a nice leisurely swim in the larger of the pools without encountering constant interuptions because of older children constantly jumping into the pool making this impossible. Neither parents or the Staff on Duty seemed to bother that this practice was annoying quite a lot of people.

“Good residence in good position with garage”

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, but the garage(surcharge) was very handy.

“Good value for money”

The room space is comfortable for two adults and two children. Few minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants. Very child friendly The main bedroom is small so difficult to fit two adults

“Good hotel for groups and families and close to the beach.”

This hotel is located in the Cannes La Bocca region of Cannes (about 10 minutes away from the city center on Bus 1 or 2). It is good for people on a budget and families because it contains a small kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pans for you to cook. Every room has a balcony, half face inward for a look at the pool and the restaurant, the others face either onto the neighborhood or the beach. The rooms are painted yellow with blue comforters. The rooms have heating and air conditioning that you can adjust but the restrooms lack a blowdryer. The hotel does have WiFi in the lobby and public phones. You have to ask them to unlock your phone to be able to use it. The rooms do have a TV in case you want to watch. The hotel has information on various excursions into the region. They do not have daily housekeeping but you do have a closet with a dust pan, broom and vacuum if you so need it. The hotel will ask for a refundable deposit when you check in. Make sure to remove all the linens from the beds and fold all the towels and leave the kitchen spotless in order to receive it back after you leave. They do not return it to you on the spot as they have to inspect the room first but I did get my deposit back on my card.
